We recently had a Viessmann boiler fitted with Hug Utility Group, cannot fault from start to finish. Alex the engineer was very professional, respectful of the property, clean and tidy. The old boiler was taken away the same day. Nothing was too much trouble and all questions answered in layman's terms which helped me understand the process. I would certainly recommend this company and if all engineers are like Alex then it's a bonus😀

I had a new boiler fitted week commencing the 10th January and although there were a few hiccups at the start they were rectified in a very professional manner in a short space of time I had a further engineer return the following week named Ian who I found very professional and nothing was too much trouble. I would highly recommend the company as they were very efficient and Ian the engineer was so knowledge in explaining the issues in a very professional manner.

Have nothing but praise for this company. Professional, excellent quality products, customer service and aftercare second to none. Installation suited our needs exactly as we had requested. Boiler fitted neatly into a cupboard already in our cloakroom with no issues. Love the Nest thermostat which is discreet and easy to use. I would not hesitate to use this company again.

Home Utility Group provided an outstanding service in fitting a new Viessmann boiler and replacement radiators to our property. Our first point of contact was with Dave who came out to assess what we needed and provide a quote. He was very knowledgeable, reassuring and provided excellent advice. The quote was very competitive, the waiting time very reasonable and fitting was exactly as described. The heating engineer - Alex - was outstanding in every way and couldn't have been more professional and helpful, answering all our questions and keeping us fully informed throughout the fitting. Everything was left very clean and tidy at the end of each day. We are very satisfied and would recommend Home Utility Group to anyone. Thank you.

Changed my old boiler with with new Viessmann storage combi boiler. The service is great right from the start. Andy who help me with the quote is fantastic. He is responsive and always get back to me quickly, no matter how silly my questions maybe. On the day, Danny and Alex turned up early, removed my old boiler. thermal store and install the new boiler all within a day. They guys are very professional, and keep everything clean and tidy. putting down the protective film in the house first and clean up all the mess at the end. Can't really ask for more, 10 out of 10. Although the electrician, Paul could not turn up the same day to get the NEST setup, Alex and Danny were able to get the boiler working, just without the remote control over the weekend, not a problem at all. And they did not ask for the final payment until all the work was done. The price is competitive and there was never any hard selling. I would definitely recommend them to anyone.

We had a new boiler fitted with HUG this week and I would definitely recommend them. The engineer, Alex, was very polite and he left everything very tidy. The boiler is brilliant and works very well - It’s nice to have our hot water back! We got a friendly customer service call when we made final payment to make sure we were happy with everything - HUG were one of the few companies who didn’t want the money up front, only after we were satisfied with everything. Home utilty group was recommended by a work colleague so I gave them a call the advisor was very informative and talked me through what options were available. She then booked our first appointment. Andy came to give us our quote and we instantly like the guy. Explained everything to us as we were clueless given the fact that we are first time buyers. He had a look around our home and whilst explaining everything we needed to know. Andy then went on to talking us through all the different options available to us and what brands he recommended. He got us a good deal on our viessmenn boiler then sorted our date for installation. Fast forward to today our boiler has been fitted and we are happy with the service. The 3 guys that came to install the boiler were quick and efficient. No mess was left and even managed to make our Springer happy. Thank you for your 5* service. We would highly recommend.

We decided to use HUG for a new boiler. Ours was well on its way out we hadn't touched it since moving in six years ago! After fining HUG on the internet, we had a gentleman come out and do a quote he then gave us a price based on what he found. The price was more than reasonable; they even applied an essential worker discount as I am a teacher. We arranged a day and had a lovely guy called Mark round to install and fit Our new boiler. What can I say he was lovely so hardworking so competent. He didn't leave until very late as he had encountered A few issues with the thickness Of the wall. I cannot thank Mark enough. We are happy with our boiler, and It's working brilliantly.I really would recommend this company Thanks again

Excellent service. Had an Ideal Boiler installed one day after enquiring on their £1699 deal. Surveyor was polite and engineer was courteous and professional. No up front payment required, only when job was complete and I was fully satisfied. Would definitely recommend.

Iam a carer for a disabled gentleman who has had new boiler fitted by HUG that went very smoothly we got care package aswell. boiler lost pressure and radiator is leaking so got a appointment for last monday 25th jan for them to come and repair. no one showed up no phone call!! so gentleman called them and they said earliest appointment was for 3rd of feb over a week away. i called them explained he is disabled no heating so they rearranged for this monday 1st feb and yet again no one turned up or called him. he has to now wait again till tomorrow. lets hope they actually turn up or ring. its disgraceful that they cant contact customers to say they cant attend for what ever reason.
