Had my old boiler replaced and new boiler installed. Horsforth Heating were brilliant throughout - Tom was quick to come round and give me a quote, explained everything very clearly and answered all my questions. Ben in the office great to deal with and the installation engineers were very professional, polite and took pride in their work. Whole job done on time, made sure I was satisfied, cleaned up after themselves. Very happy with the service

We recently had a boiler replacement. On time for all appointments. Very professional service. Very polite and very efficient. We chose them as they are a local Leeds company and would rather support a local business than a multinational company and glad we did. Faultless. We would definitely recommend to anyone needing a similar service. Very worthy of 5 stars. If you need a company like this then look no further. Give them a call.

They were able to send an engineer to inspect our boiler very quickly when it started leaking. The service provided was thoroughly professional. It was pointed out to me that, although my boiler guarantee had expired, the particular part that needed changing (the heat exchanger) was guaranteed for longer by the manufacturer, who would also install it at low cost. This saved me having to get a new boiler straightaway (as a fully paid-for replacement would not be good value for money in the case of a 9-years-old boiler). I will go back to this company when I need a new boiler in a few years time.

I use HHS to service my boiler and frankly, they're magnificent. Appointments are always kept on time & the engineers just get on with it. Boiler certificate emailed through within minutes of the engineer finishing & service book filled in. Ben in the office is always a pleasure to deal with & I have no issues recommending them

Brilliant company. Our boiler had broken but the team had it assessed and a new boiler installed within a week. Fantastic customer service: great communication from Ben with texts and emails (even replied with messages outside working hours which was great as I work full time), Tom explained things brilliantly, very knowledgeable but not patronising. Had a slight issue after installation and Tom was round within an hour to fix the issue. Kane fitted the boiler on a Saturday for us and arranged to dispose of the old boiler free of charge. Very well priced and work completed swiftly. Thank you so much guys!

My first impression of Horsforth Heating Solutions was complete professionalism. Tom came over to give me a quote and wore shoe covers and a mask without hesitation. He arrived completely on time and I received great communication from Ben in the office. Kaine fitted the full central heating system independently in my property and did everything as I asked. I felt very happy leaving my property in his hands and am very pleased with how the whole system has been installed.

We could not be happier for the service and job that was carried out by Horsforth heating. Firstly Ben and Tom were incredible from the start, always friendly and professional and very helpful. Tom surveyed our property before we moved in and quoted us for a back boiler being ripped out and a new heating system installed. Our move in date kept getting pushed back and Tom and Ben were extremely flexible with my appointment and always found a way to fit the job in without me being left on a long wait. Kane carried out the maintenance with help from a few others along the way in a 4 day job. Kane was so professional as a person and as a worker. He didn't stop for the whole time he was at the property and went out of his way to give us advice on bits that had nothing to do with the job. They even made time to install a brand new shower for us so we could experience a better shower through our new boiler. The quote that Tom gave us was very reasonable when we received this and after seeing the amount of work involved with this job, we cannot believe the value for money that we received. I hope we don't need too many plumbing or heating jobs in the future but I know who I will be calling, 100% Horsforth heating. Thank you guys!

Can't speak highly enough of Tom and the rest of the team at Horsforth Heating Solutions. From the point of initial enquiry they've been attentive, friendly and professional, always keeping us informed of the next step. Our timer for the immersion heater looked like it might need replacing but knowing it was a good make and model, Tom suggested we try and use it with the new system. We ended up getting a new one but what was clear was Tom was happier to save us money than to make more from us. That's a tradesman you can trust! Would 100% recommend!

Darren and the team turned up on time and completed all the works within one day without compromising the quality. Very pleased with the results. Also, they left the place neat and tidy. A very professional and local company. Without hesitation, highly recommended. Initially drawn by the company having Which Trusted Trader accreditation. They quoted for a replacement boiler and some other remedial works, the survey was thorough and detailed. A number of defects in the existing system (fitted and maintained by a large, unnamed, non local company) were detected and subsequently corrected. The work started on time and finished as planned. The engineers were competent, polite and helpful. All areas of the work were cleaned up and we had working heating and water at the end of each working day. The new installation was fully demonstrated at completion. We now have a fully functioning heating system which has certainly not been the case for a number of years.

First class job and service. First class communication too. Mick and his colleague always kept me in the loop, always consulting me first to see what type of finish and fixings we wanted with our new radiator. Always informing me what they were planning to do! Faultless tradesmen, and really nice helpful guys too! Nothing was too much trouble for them! Fantastic Service again from Tom and his team! I’ve never come across a more Professional Bunch of guys. Used them twice now and from ringing Tom he had Mick round to our house in just a few hours! Very good service of the boiler and parts replaced on the spot! Invoice and certificate arrived the next day, very reasonable! Nice warm house and water for the winter months. Don't bother phoning around for heating engineers like I did before eventually calling HHS. Save yourself the hassle and disappointment of missed appointments or scary estimates. NOT to be confused with "other" heating engineers or plumbers whose name may start with "HORSFORTH"... After phoning at least two of these at random who simply never turned up as they said they would, I was now frantic after being without hot water for a week and I contacted HHS by phone. They made me a next day appointment, verified it by text, and Tom duly turned up as promised next day, even texting me first with an apology that he was running 20 min. late. He was amazingly efficient and clearly vastly experienced on my ageing Baxi boiler (that had left two other boiler engineers scratching their heads when this intermittent flue fault first started in the summer.) He didnt even need to consult the service manual I had got out for him.. Tom had the boiler stripped, diagnosed and sent his apprentice out to get the "pressure switch" box from the van, luckily it contained one that fitted my model and it was tested and running in less than 45 minutes. No waiting for "parts", going out for parts, tut-tuting about extra work needed or anything else. The job was diagnosed, repaired with a new part, reasonably invoiced and paid for in under an hour and the two pleasant guys were chatty and clearly boiler EXPERTS. First time I've used but most HIGHLY recommended.. The bill was also fair, neither too cheap OR a rip off for the repairs done..

Used for the first time for an (overdue) boiler service, expecting further work to be necessary, which it was. They were efficient in organising the initial visit, on time and quick to do the service and explain the fix neeeded for the problem they found. Repair work was fully quoted for and agreed in advance. The repair was scheduled for a few days later, then brought forward to the day after the service when the required part came in early. I can't recommend them highly enough.
