A very good experience from start to finish. In initial survey visit everything was explained and we jointly discussed the best position for the units for our needs. We could not fault the installation. The engineers did a fantastic, neat and tidy job with the minimum of mess and total respect for our home and property, "treating it as if it were their own". The units are very quiet and effective. I would thoroughly recommend their services.

Very professional and friendly service from Terry and the installation team. Arrived at the time agreed and the job was done with no mess left afterwards. The system is well priced and keeps the air in the house cool and dry even though it's 30 degrees outside today. I needed this for health reasons and so pleased that Terry was able to get it fitted quickly.

Absolutely delighted with our fuss free installation. We had used this company to install an air conditioning system in some business premises and we were very pleased so they were our go to company to install it in our home. The owner came to do a survey, listened to our requirements and advised on the most cost effective system. The equipment was delivered directly to the house and we were kept up to date with timings. Once we had all the equipment they booked a date for the install. The installers arrived exactly on time and were great. They were polite, and helpful and really cracked on with the job. They explained what they needed to do, they had been well briefed from the survey and knew exactly what we had asked for. They worked quickly and completed the installation in a very timely manner. I was particularly impressed at how neatly they worked, protected my furnishings and cleaned up after they had finished. They put the furniture back for me and also took time to ensure I knew how to operate everything before they left. The units themselves are very neat in the rooms, being high up they are not in the way of furnishings as radiators often are. The ducting on the outside of the house is very neat, barely noticeable and the outside until has been placed high up on the wall so it is also well out if the way. I would use this company again and highly recommend them.

I can’t recommend Terry and his team highly enough. Terry came out promptly for an initial visit, explained my options clearly and quoted me a fair price. Then, understanding the urgency of my situation he went beyond the call of duty by pulling out all the stops to get me air conditioning as quickly as he could, which was very quickly indeed. I’m extremely impressed by the quality of work, the tidiness and the pleasant manner of all involved. Most of all I love my air conditioning. I’m so glad I used this decent, highly capable, reliable and trustworthy company.

Great service, from my initial call to the completed installation I was given advice and options, that included everything from style of unit to mounting options, even the power supply location was discussed. The installation engineers were very professional, I gave them a few challenges with routing of pipework which they quickly sorted. Would definitely recommend and would use them again.

Heat pump delivered on Tuesday 07/11/2022 and fitted on Friday 10/11/2022. Due to be fitted originally on 09/11/2022 but due to inclement weather on 09/11/2022, a previous job was not completed on time. We were quite happy with the rearranged date and very happy with the completed job. Both the two guys cleaned up after themselves and the job was well done. (It was nice to see that the lads took their shoes off before entering the premises. A nice touch).
