LPS are the first people that we contact when we need any plumbing work doing, we usually don't bother asking anyone else to quote. They are always very efficient, turn up when they say they will, and always do a good job at a reasonable price. We have used them on different occasions for fitting a new boiler, fitting new radiators, and connecting water and gas to a new kitchen that was installed in a new extension. All in all they are very pleasant to deal with and I would highly recommend them.

LPS have been brilliant sorting all my issues out in the house I have just moved into. Servicing and making good my Oil boiler which had not been maintained for years. Installing a new cold water pump as we are not on mains water and transferring the water system to pressurised so we can get rid of water pumps for showers and have fast running water. Brendan and Jamie the engineers we so professional, always on time and nothing was too much trouble. A big thanks to Craig and Terry for all their advise as well.

LPS responded on the same day to a problem with my elderly mother’s heating system. Very helpful receptionist who organised an engineer to call the same day. Terry the engineer arrived that afternoon and fixed the problem. Likewise he was very professional. 5 star rating for this company

We've had a central heating maintenance contract with LPS for several years, and have always received prompt, efficient service. Yesterday I phoned about an unrelated problem with the waste water pipe from the kitchen sink on the off chance that they could help - after less than half an hour Ben and his mate were here, and fixed the issue within minutes. Many thanks to all.

Just had our old boiler replaced with a new one. Fantastic to deal with from start to finish. And the boiler is top spec. The guys that came to replace and fit where very professional and clean. I will definitely be getting more work done by LPS Heating and plumbing Thank you very much Alister

Replaced a broken boiler at relatively short notice at a competitive price. The team finished within approx 6hrs and tidied up afterwards. Would recommend.

When other local heating engineers (including one who serviced the old boiler) didn’t fancy the job due to the location, LPS approached the challenge head on and came up with a solution. Thank you for responding so promptly to my phone message on Sunday. I thought I was leaving a message to be answered on Monday, because it was only a slow leak, maybe one ml per hour. But the lady replied within an hour or so! And the engineer turned up first thing on Monday! Excellent service. Replacing the manifold has also stopped all the water hammer noise, so that's a bonus.

Arrived to do quote for boiler as arranged, good price, deposit paid and installed following week. I called my bank and was told 7 day notice to transfer from savings, i hadn't realised it would take that long. I called to imform Lps and say i would pay it in 7 days in full, and would that be ok. The woman on the phone was very rude saying "well it will have to be, we have already waited a week, we already had to pay for it" the tone and way she said it was horrible. As soon as i hung up i called my bank and paid a charge for immidiate transfere and paid it. I try to use local buisnesses were possible, but will not use them again
