The heaters look good on the walls. They fit very neatly in place.I have only used the heaters a few times as the weather improved after the middle of May when they were installed but they were effective. The fitters and electricians worked hard to remove my old night storage heaters . My only concern was a lack of dust sheets which meant that carpets were stained with what looked like soot falling off the heaters. I have not been able to completely remove the stains.

My experience with Trust Electric was smooth and professional from start to finish. The consultant visit was informative, but not pushy and the heaters were delivered and installed on time, with regularly progress updates. The installers, Ben and Bryce were efficient, tidy and did a great job overall. My account manager Grace was superb, particularly when it came to arranging an electrician. This was only part of the process which was somewhat problematic, but she came through and found someone who did the necessary work promptly. I'm looking forward to using my new heaters when the cold weather comes.

I used Trust Electric Heating for a full house installation of their Neos electric radiators to replace my old night store boiler . The process with Trust has been really smooth, from initial assessment and quote to installation (which took about 6 weeks). The people doing the installation were really considerate and careful of my property and it was left clean and tidy in spite of lots of drilling and the potential for mess. I also really appreciated the fact that there was no "hard sell". I was provided with a clear and transparent quote for the work and given time to reflect/get other quotes. Trust Electric Heating installed new electric radiators for me. The whole process went very smoothly. The radiators were delivered on time and quickly and neatly installed. One week ago today, Ben and Callum arrived very promptly indeed to install our whole house new electric heating system. The professionalism is impressive as is the quality of the install. We are absolutely delighted with the job. The heating is of course very new but we really rate the controllability which was a key reason to change. The rooms heat up really well and while early days, we already see a dip in energy use compared to the old system. Having over 30 years experience with all electric heating we should soon be able to compare real life savings.

The Trust team has good communication and kept me informed of my order and installation date along with any issues. I had no doubt about day, time or problems with my order as they seemed always happy to answer any questions I had about the heating system or installation methods. The installation team arrived on the day within the time I was told and went about the job very quickly of installing 12 Neos Wave heaters. Ben & Callum seemed more than willing to answer questions about the heaters and offer advice. The whole installation was completed within one day with the old heaters being taken away. What mess was made was cleaned away and they done the best installation they could with the quality of the walls I have due to previous damage done by the last heating installers back in the 90s. All in all I have no issues with the installation team. The Neos Wave heaters maintain the heat levels in the room very well and the controls are easy to understand. The power use seems to be so far within expected levels as I had old early 90s heaters, and the house (even though triple glazed and fully insulated walls and loft) seemed cold. Due to malfunctions in old heaters we ended up having only 5 operational and they used the same electricity as the new 12 Neos heaters but without getting the house as warm as the new Neos heaters seem to be doing. They look far better than the older heaters and take up less space. They are easy to clean and decorate behind as they can be very easily unhooked from the wall in under a minute if you need to get behind them. If I have one complaint about they heaters it is the noises they make on the large ones (over 70 cm length, not the vertical ones) due to heat expansion and contractions of metals and parts. They can make little knocking and tapping noises now and then as they expand and contract. Customer service 10 / 10 Installation 10/10 Heaters 9/10

I had Trust Electric heating installed throughout my bungalow in January 2019. Salesman and workmen were very good and efficient and the heaters are super. The only problem I have had over the 2 years is with some of the Salus thermostats. However these have been replaced free of charge and I understand Trust are no longer using this type. Whilst electric heating is much more expensive than the gas system I had in my previous bungalow, Trust heaters are far better and cheaper to run than the old night storage heaters and I have a nice warm home.

Wow, great job from these guys, we work in a Barn and I've come into work this morning to a nice toasty office. New modern radiators fitted throughout already making a huge different. We chose the Neos design after readying up on the new 'tech', the fact they were designed and built in the UK and the cost saving benefits. We had a very good experience from all the team, Kostas and Callum were tidy, clean and respectful in our space, cheers guys. (thanks for the little surprise at the end!) I liked the fact the office team kept us up to date every few weeks on the progress of the build, so would highly recommend Trust heating :)

I saw 3 companies before I chose Trust. ‘Which’ are absolutely correct. Best service, great product and best price. Salesman was so clear and explained the principles really well, and his price was the most competitive. the installers arrive early which was of benifet to me as i was able to get to work earler that was planed the two guys were very professional.The removie the old storage heater and fitting the new heater right where i wanted them to be they were even going to clean up until they were stop from doing so by my wife she was shown how to operate the heater while i was at work. i havent try the heaters yet as the wather is so good that they are not yet needed .as long as they work as well as they look i will be very happy.

Very professional from the first visit all the way down to installation. We had Trust fit new heaters to our home last November as we had old storage radiators wasting money and not heating the rooms when we needed it. We had 5 heaters fitted by very good engineers they left after explaining the system and doing a superb clean up job, even the wife was impressed. The system is very easy to understand and control when and how you need the heating to work. They have saved us some money even though at the time i did think a bit expensive, but thats just me penny pinching. I had a couple of occasions to ring for advice and they responded immediately. At the time of quoting I asked several companies and i believe I chose the best at the time and now fully recommend Trust as a provider of an efficient heating system. Anyone thinking of Trust would not be disappointed, if there is a downside you need to buy a thermostat / controller for each heater if you want total individual control. We manage in our small 2 up 2 down with 1 upstairs and 1 downstairs. Overall an excellent system and service.

I have been delighted with the whole process from beginning to end. I was attracted by what Trust Electric promised on their Website and the clear attention to customer service and product quality. In my experience this proved to be the case in practice. The initial visit was informative and compelling but not overly pushy and I felt I was being offered genuine advice. The actual fittings went well, with the engineers appearing on time and taking care with their work. The radiators have performed very well indeed providing the heating that was promised. It has taken while for the "new" smell to dissipate but I suspect this is because I ordered very specific paint work. Occasionally the radiators make a slight cracking noise, not loud but probably louder than normal radiators and I suspect this is to do with the changing shape, under heat, of the heating material inside. But overall I am extremely pleased with the whole process. As promised Trust returned a few weeks later with a wireless fitting which works exceptionally well and is easier to use than my previous app. Overall I would thoroughly recommend this business for its attention to detail, customer service and delivery on its promises!

Very neat and clean installation. Ben and Robbie did an excellent job, cleaning up as they went at each stage of the installation and did not leave until they and I were happy that the system was working properly with all remote thermostats and the mobile app (as we had a few initial teething problems with the system pairing properly, but Ben did a full reset and everything was sorted).
