I called about a broken boiler and had somebody within a couple of hours. When I needed a new boiler installed the service I got was amazing. Great price and really flexible and understanding of times when they could come and fit it. I had a whole boiler installed in half a day. Very kind and polite and respectful of my house, left everything incredibly tidy. Would absolutely use them again and recommend them to anyone.

When we moved into our house two years ago, Liam come and got the 30year old boiler working. He quoted us for a new one and it was fitted along with 4 new radiators within two weeks. We’ve had no issues with it and Liam completes our servicing annually.

Our boiler was leaking and kept cutting out the power. Booked a visit from Liam, fully expecting to be looking at getting a whole new boiler. He came around, took a look, and advised he’d be able to fix it. He came back the next day with the appropriate part and got it sorted really quickly and for a fantastic price. Really minimal bother, was even able to continue working from home whilst he was working. Absolutely exceptional service, and would wholeheartedly recommend to anyone.

It was decided a new one would be the best option, Liam gave me a few choices with different warranties etc. Work was booked in around boiler arriving and fully completed in just over a day. I've had two experiences with Hirst gas services the first was when my boiler very inconveniently packed in 2 days after Christmas.Liam was at hand within around two hours of my call to come out and get my boiler going again and advised us very well on what to do next in either keeping our old boiler or opting for a new one . We opted for the latter and are very happy with workmanship and efficiency of the new boiler fitted by Liam and his team . Off the back of this we had them come back to refurb our bathrooms for us and I must say clean , professional outstanding job again , we can't speak highly enough . The subcontractors that Liam and his team are top draw , the tiling in our bathrooms makes them look a million dollars better than any hotel or spa . To say we are pleased is an understatement .

We recently had a breakdown in our central heating system and had tried several companies who all failed to turn up . After a call to a friend i was given Hirst Gas Services number . Within 1 hour of my call Liam and his colleague came to our rescue. It was determined we needed a full system flush of our heating system so the next day the guys turned up and worked virtually non stop for 9 hours. As a landlord you need a network of trades you can trust to go in to your tenants home, fix the fault efficiently and relay the issue back, Hirst’s does this very well which is why it’s so easy for me to recommend them.
