G. S.Contacted Affordable Response after my combi boiler broke down. They came out the same day and gave good sound advice. Despite no pressure from them, I decided to order a new gas boiler which they installed a few days later. Nothing was too much trouble. Would definitely recommend.
S. S.If I had to award stars out of 5 I would give him 10. I had a boiler part fitted by Glowworm and my boiler flooded over the electrics, and they weren't open on a Sunday and it was dangerous. Affordable Response came out, I offered to pay just to turn the water off, but for the same money he fixed what was wrong, the previous engineer had left the filling loop open and the boiler pressure was causing the flooding. It was a boiling hot uncomfortable day and he was so helpful, I mean really helpful, he didn't even need to be, I would have paid him the same money for less of a job just to turn the water off, but he didn't want to leave it, he sorted it all out and made it safe for me and wore PPE and observed social distancing, and arrived at 9am on a Sunday morning - who wants to do that? I cannot recommend him highly enough.
C.Burst a pipe putting up a shelf. These guys are absolutely brilliant, got here in no time and fixed the issue in less than that! Lovely job! Quick and clean. Thanks a bunch 👍
