Was very sceptical about getting AirCon in England !! However, thought about it for a year…. After suffering with the heatwave during lockdown in 2020, unable to sleep, sit and watch TV or anything indoors…. Finally pulled the plug in May 2021. Got a quote from Josh, very competitive - Josh talked through all the options, then I made the decision as to where I wanted the units… I decided on 4 indoor units - 2 bedrooms, lounge and kitchen, and 3 outdoor units. Josh recommended Mitsubishi Heavy as the one to go for with all things considered, eg: my budget, and personal needs. The install date was agreed, took a few days… but nothing was too much trouble for Josh. The installs were done professionally - clean and tidy work ethic. One thing I wanted to make sure was there must not be any trunking or cables or holes visible inside my new build property - Josh stuck to that criteria. The AC units are absolutely brilliant, wish I had them installed last year. Each indoor unit comes with a comprehensive remote, fairly straightforward and easy to use. They even operate as ‘heating’ as and when needed - which I have not tested yet as it’s very warm at the moment - June 2021. They were fully operational by Bank Holiday weekend end of May 2021 - perfect timing, as heatwave started on the Bank Holiday Monday. If you are sitting on the fence, don’t - go get them!! You won’t regret it. JE Electrical Leicester - Josh was great, funny guy, clean job, and exceeded my expectations. Note: my username is not my real name (for privacy reasons). Update: It’s now 22nd July, it’s been a scorching 29 degrees Celsius outside for a week. If I didn’t have the AIrCon - I dread to think of the heat and humidity inside my house. Well actually, I know how hot it would be inside because during lockdown I was melting. Plus my friends and family have been moaning on the phone to me!! It’s been fantastically cool and comfortable with the AirCon on, I’ve not put it on particularly high, and not put it on the entire house. I’ve put it on whichever room I have been working from (currently working from home). Very grateful that I can enjoy working from home, because without the AirCon - I’m sure it would have been unbearable. So thanks Josh, I’m very grateful - even though I had to pay for it. It’s soooooo worth it.

I gave JE Electrical a call and asked if I could have a quote for an A/C installation at my house, Josh came the very next day exactly when he said he would! I explained to Josh our requirements and concerns and he ran through all the options available to us and explained how it all worked and what he thought would be best for our situation. Josh was polite and really listened to our needs. We decided to plump for 2 outdoor/indoor units, I told Josh we would like to go ahead and he came to install them the following week! Installation took 3 days and Josh was prompt and on time every day, He kept us informed every step of the installation to ensure everything was how we wanted it and nothing was too much trouble at all. The installation was very professional and clean all the way through. Once the installation was complete Josh showed us how it worked and explained every feature and function he is very Knowledgable and really knows his stuff. We are really chuffed with everything he did, I really cannot recommend JE Electrical highly enough! If you are thinking of getting A/C Josh is your man you will not be disappointed!

These guys are life savers! I woke up in the morning and my house was ice cold. After getting in touch with JE Air Conditioning, technician showed up very quickly. In short order he had diagnosed the problem and fixed it and got everything all put back together. He was friendly and pleasant while getting the job done. Best of all - the price was very fair. I couldn’t recommend them any more!
