Installation of 17 Solar Panels to my domestic property 24th August 2020 Tim Francis from Renergy Solutions carried out the initial survey at my property on the 28th July arriving promptly on time and provided me with the information I was looking for, he gave excellent advice and even advised me against spending more money than I may have done! The 17 Solar Panel installation was the recommended outcome. This initial survey was further backed up by several prompt email responses to my endless enquiring emails. The initial meeting on site, vital in my opinion, provided me with the confidence that I was seeking in an industry I have little knowledge. I had received 4 written quotations at this point but, with no offers to visit, look at my property or discuss matters face to face. The quotation that followed was simple and easy to understand as was the contractual staged payments. From the start to finish of the installation, it was seamless with no problems. The installing contractors were professional and worked very hard during the installation ensuring that at all times I was aware of what work was being carried out both inside and outside my property including discussions on the final panel configuration on the roof. Renergy Solutions were friendly and efficient throughout, I also appreciated the close communication I had with Prashant, the company MD for the duration of the process. If like me you prefer the face to face approach when spending several thousand pounds on a product you have little knowledge and you appreciate good and easy communication then you would be advised from a happy consumer to seriously consider Renergy Solutions for any Solar Energy work. I have no hesitation in recommending Renergy Solutions. A great job thanks to all involved.

Tim Francis from Renergy Solutions responded , alongside others, to my enquiries into Green Energy. He immediately inspired us with confidence that he could give well informed answers to questions about which solution would best suit our situation. So we invited him over to discuss choices and to give quotes. At no point did we feel he was into hard selling! We agreed we would make up our minds and get back to him thereafter. Which we did and he immediately gave us dates for the installation of 8 PV panels on our garage roof, plus a solar i boost to attach to the water immersion tank. Two chaps (both a pleasure to meet) came on time , on the selected date, and did the installation with great efficiency inside a day, and tidied up behind themselves.

Renergy and Solarman (Tim Francis) were a pleasure to deal with. Tim came to our house to conduct a survey and then was very efficient and helpful with his suggestions and proposal. We accepted the proposal and Renergy Solutions completed the work. We also invited Renergy back to fit an iboost to our system as we have an unvented hot water tank, this piece of equipment is invaluable. Love it! We had a couple of firms visit and quote for our solar panels but Tim aka Solarman was by far preferable. He is a very likeable man (although that in itself should not be the deciding reason). He does not give a 'hard sell'. He is knowledgeable and positive. Renergy Solutions' workmen came on time, worked extremely hard on the roof in a heatwave and the panels work well. There is so much technical cottage information provided – more than we would comprehend. The amount generated is constantly available live via the App. Renergy and Tim have also recently installed panels and an air source heat pump in our new stone cottage – it's so wonderful to come home to a warm house throughout, hot radiators and now for a hot shower! Tim Francis (Solarman) could also be called Solar-Saint. An instant solution with an almost instant implementation, stop thinking about it, get it done and my advise ... talk to Tim about batteries, just imagine being locked down without power! ... Time to "be prepared" for the things that we take for granted, may not always be there. I've had two of Tim's systems implemented on my property a 5kw and 4.5kw, I also had the privilege in over seeing the work that he did on a neighbours property, a huge 10kw system that was implemented with absolute perfection... The team strike like lightning, I thought it was impossible to achieve what they did in just a couple of days. We have been dealing with Prashant Patel of Renergy Solutions for about a year. During this time he has helped us with the premature failure of our Solax inverter and replaced our generation meter. At all times he has carefully explained the various technical problems, and found us solutions. He is always punctual, his work is reliable and reasonably priced. He has even answered technical questions about the equipment some months after its installation.

One of the reasons we chose Renergy was the fact they were local. Prashant came round on a Sunday to have a look before he quoted. No pressure follow up calls, unlike other companies. The team sent us a really detailed quote and translated some of the more technical terms. Panels, inverter and battery all fitted well and on the day and they explained everything they were doing, whilst they were working. Very happy with them, After sales is good as they always respond quickly. Currently got an issue with the inverter shutting down, but with Prashants help and advice were getting it sorted. If we had used another company, we would still be waiting for someone to come round as most based about 3hrs away! Keep it local, they are a gem, maybe not the cheapest, but no hidden costs, no tie-ins or caveats (is you have to use their finance or a certain supp!ier). Would recommend.
