After I sadly inherited my Mum's house, I needed to find someone to do a complete boiler & new heating system. I was so nervous about choosing a company, but I had nothing to worry about! Ash and Arj were amazing from day one 😊 Great communication, impeccable work, and genuinely lovely blokes! They didn't rush and made sure everything was perfect..... They even left their radio overnight for my daughter's party! I won't hesitate to recommend them to anyone, and I know I'll never go elsewhere now I've found them..... Thank you so much guys!

So we used Ash and the team to install water into an extension area. Along with being polite and friendly, they were possibly the cleanest trades people on the planet. Considering they were cutting into plasterboard and blocks I could hear them vacuum every 10 minutes. At the end of the day there was very little cleaning to do. I am used to trades leaving everything behind with no effort to tidy, so it was a nice approach from them. I will add more detail once the shower and under flooring are plugged in and tested. But would highly recommend and will use again in future.

Fantastic service and great quality install. Ash and team replaced my boiler, radiators and pretty much rebuilt most of my heating/hot water system. They were polite and friendly at all times and did a fantastic job of the install. They also took great care of my house, sheeting the floors to keep things clean and tidying up as they went along Where the boiler was moved they reinstated the old brick work and you can barley notice the repair. They were happy to tweak the work to fit my needs, provided great advice about what needed to be done and most importantly got my house warm again. Would strongly recommend

Ash upgraded our system to put hot water and heating of different circuits (we can now have hot radiators and usable hot water at the same time - previously the hot water was too hot hot!). We also had new plumbing to radiators in the kitchen - through very think walls - kitchen now lovely and warm. It was a complex task with our old plumbing but very neatly and efficiently done. Together with the Hive control system Ash fitted we are saving £££ (and CO2) on fuel.

I recently had the joy of having Ashok and Arjun complete work on a new house. This included new radiators, full boiler service, new hot water cylinder, smart thermostat, increased capacity of the cold water tank, installation of a shower pump. In the kitchen, repositioning of hot & cold water and wastewater pipes and a new hob install. The work has been completed to a high standard and has provided warmth comfort to the property. This is the second property they have completed work on that I've lived in. They are a delight to work with and very courteous in everything they do.

When my Worcester boiler caught fire on a Sunday evening in Feb when my husband was overseas with work, my first thought was to panic. Left with no heating and hot water, and no choice but to seek a replacement boiler, I contacted a number of firms, one of whom was Warm Homes. I knew from the minute Ash and Arj came to my home that I would have them install my new boiler. Ash’s communication was second to none, the quote was sent to me pretty much immediately, the price was fair and I appointed them to do the job, which they did their utmost to fit in for me as quickly as possible. Ash and Arj are most friendly, knowledgable, considerate tradespeople I think I’ve ever met. Our house is particularly challenging, being over 120 years old and having had several unknown people install parts of our heating system over the years, but they worked their socks off for two days without a break, into the evening both days to get it installed and right for me. Nothing was too much trouble, and they entertained both me and my collies for the two days they were here, and were super friendly. Despite me insisting they didn’t need to, they insisted on wearing shoe coverings in the house and cleaned up immaculately after themselves each day, and even though I work from home they working caused me no disruption whatsoever. They even came back at less than 24 hours notice just to adjust the system, as we had a couple of radiators not quite getting hot after the new install. I’ve now got a lovely warm home, hot water but above all a spanking new boiler which has been professionally installed to the highest standard. I was actually sorry to see them go and I have NEVER said that about any one doing work in my home. I would highly recommend them for any work, and will be using them again without question! Superb service and installation from Ash and Arj. Ash and his apprentice Arj replaced 3 of radiators for more heat, these were supplied by me. The kitchen radiators took longer than expected because of the hidden pipe work (From a previous installation) but Ash and Arj persevered and ensured no mistakes were made. Really impressed with their service and ensured all work areas were covered with dust sheets and tidied up after completing the work. Even though the job took longer than expected, Ash stuck to his quoted price. If you want a professional and a quality installation then I would definitely recommend Warm Homes Heating Installations. Ash and Harj to the rescue! We recently had an issue with our new build property in the new Lubbesthorpe area, where our radiators were overheating past the temperature set on the thermostats. Was told by Barrats we’d just passed our 2 year warranty so they wouldn’t be able to help, so I found Ash (who was highly recommended on the Facebook groups for the new Lubbesthorpe area) and he came by to initially investigate the issue at no cost and then came out again to install a new thermostat, since we haven’t had any issues with the temperature in our house! Superb customer service and really friendly guys 😊

We required all radiators in the property to be replaced, with the addition of a new radiator being piped into our conservatory. Excellent Service, Ashok and his apprentice Arjun were fantastic and very professional. Very COVID aware with masks at all times, also wear shoe coverings to stop any debris from being bought in or spread around the house. The job itself I am very happy with, all the work was done neatly and everything works as it should. Something I appreciated especially is they took the time to cut out old shoddy pipework and replace with new pipework where necessary, it all looks so much fresher. I also requested some work with chrome pipework which also turned out to be excellent. Not the cheapest but reasonably priced, most importantly a service that I have already and will continue to promote and use in the future. Thanks again!!!

*UPDATE AUGUST 2020 Ash came to our rescue to help install our new bathroom. He worked really closely with us so we could design the bathroom to how we wanted it; advising us from the start and then got to work installing pipework and fitting the suite to an extremely high standard. We're delighted with his work again! He's neat, tidy, personable, was on budget and a pleasure to have in our house. Cannot fault Ash's service. Fantastic quality of work, responsive, informative and delivered what he said he would, on time and to budget. Highly recommended.

Ashok and his team did a fantastic job of replacing my old dying boiler for a new one and upgrading the gas pipes. The house is now significantly warmer and I don't have to worry about it packing up any minute. Ash helped me choose out the most suitable boiler and answered all the questions I had prior to installation (pipework location, hive vs nest, warranty etc). On the day of installation, they left the kitchen cleaner than when they arrived so I had no tidying up to do which was brilliant ! Ashok and Arjun completely surpassed expectations during the installation of new boiler, radiators and converting the system from gravity to pressured type system. We have some special circumstances as a family from my disability, and my daughter has needs too. They worked to make everything work for us even when it probably made their job harder. Firstly, a huge thank you to Ashok, we had a lot of trouble with the previous engineer who could not stick to the dates and times. He fitted us in at short notice. When he came to check what the work would be, he took all the correct measurements and part information so on the day he came he got straight to it. He was done in a few hours sorting out our heating, putting in a new shower and other work where he went above and beyond. I would highly recommend Ashok, he was very friendly and took great pride in all his work. In this climate everything was kept clean, masks and gloves were worn and tidied up after themselves. Fantastic heating engineer and great guy. Nothing was too much trouble and did a wide range of different jobs, including installing a new boiler, and control system, a complete flush and fitting new controls to the radiators - all in a day and a half. The quality of the work is excellent and he also did a few 'beyond the call of duty' jobs that I didn't expect him to do. A difficult installation carried out with a minimum of fuss. Ash kept us informed through all the stages of installation achieving time targets as set out at the quotation stage. Fantastic work! Cannot find enough words to comment on the excellent service provided by Ashok. I had twin entry valves with 8mm microbore conventional heating system. The valve broke down in October and could not find any engineer due to usual busy winter periods. Ashok came to the rescue and right from the moment he inspected the system to completion it has been an exceptional service. His quotation was very reasonable given the amount of work that needed to be done especially in busy winter months. He gave a set of dates and arrived promptly to begin the work. He removed the old boiler, along with the overhead water tank, removed and replaced the radiator and the piping to new system, installed a combi boiler with hive controller. He also got an excellent electrician, who worked on the electrical connections and installed hive controller. It was a mammoth task given that new carpets had already been put and he had to work around that. He carefully removed and reinstalled the carpets after the work was done. A very clean worker, and an extremely hard worker, working from 9am-6pm all days. We had to move into the property due to rental period of the old property finishing and Ashok obliged by working long hours and on weekends. A big thanks to him for truly warming home and keeping us out of the deep winter cold. A man of his word and extremely professional and hard working.
