Excellent service from start to finish. Within 24hrs of my initial enquiry Jamie arrived to survey the premises and spent time with me to explain the different options available. Just one week later and his team were onsite to install two new air conditioning units. Great service at a fantastic price, thank you.

Messaged these guys on Tuesday by Saturday it was installed! Very clear with when and where it was going to be installed. As promised they arrived 7:30 they explained how long it would take what they needed to do. They were very nice chaps, didn’t get their names, but lovely people and explained how everything worked, also about maintenance and warranty. Would 100% recommend these to friends and family. Will use again when it comes to moving into the next house when the time comes! Thanks guys!!

Jamie carried out a long overdue service on our B&Q airflow ac unit. He was very professional and efficient from the booking of the service to the time he was on-site. His communication was spot on and he even checked if it was ok to start work when he managed to arrive slightly earlier than planned. To top it all, he is a really and friendly as well. Will definitely be using again!

Jamie visited our site in Lincoln before Christmas to perform a survey to provide a quote. Once agreed the job was booked in and the engineers attended site again the following week, arriving promptly and performing the task in a professional manner. Jamie from Cathedral Air condition was brilliant at answering any questions I had before comitting to a product for installation. He gave me quick & honest replies via email to the barrage of questions I threw at him, & he even popped round on a Sunday to look at possible locations for the AC with me. On installation day his team were very polie, professional, and carried out their work to a high standard. Cleaning up as they went, & discussing any concerns or questions that I had. A couple of days after the install, Jamie texted just to check everything was OK? Which was a nice gesture & appreciated. I would not hesitate in using this company again if the need arises.

First class throughout. Jamie replaced the compressor in our commercial refrigerator in a domestic house. Many people refuse to work on commercial equipment in a domestic situation but Jamie was willing to do it and he did a fantastic job. Cathedral Air Conditioning Ltd., Lincoln. The air conditioning unit here had lain dormant for well over 10 years, so I contacted Cathedral Air Conditioning Ltd. to request an inspection and service. My emails were answered by return and their engineer, Jamie was on site in under two days. Arranging the appointment was a bit tricky as I needed to be elsewhere at the nominated time. Once the situation was explained, Jamie switched his work schedules to accommodate my needs, and turned up early. The work was undertaken in a professional manner, and a fault located in the condensation drain system, probably caused by lack of use. This has been rectified by fitting a simple drain line as an alternative to replacing the complex pump system, which was the expensive alternative. Following the service the air conditioning unit is running and performing well. The cost was exactly in line with the email quote given. Based on my experience I have no hesitation in recommending Cathedral Air Conditioning. Service at its best. Paul (Posted on behalf of my Dad)

Jamie came out to install a large commercial cooling system at very late notice, getting a team together and working over the hottest Saturday of the year to get it installed in time.
