Three different local firms looked at our Ariston boiler after it started having problems. The first two weren't interested in finding the fault and recommended not "wasting money" repairing and instead advised replacing the boiler with quotes between £1500-£2500... I wasn't convinced as the boiler is only four-years-old so I got Tower heating out after reading good reviews online. I'm glad I did, as calling Tower Heating has saved me well over a thousand pounds. On the first visit, Keith diagnosed the problem (faulty heat plate) after 15 minutes. He didn't try to sell me a new boiler and instead told me it could be fixed, finally, someone who knew what they were doing wasn't looking to rip us off. On the second visit two days later, Steve came around with the new heat plate and fitted it quicker than expected and at a very reasonable price. He even talked me through how I could repair the damaged heat plate to keep it spare for the future to save money if the same issue happens again. A true professional! I can't recommend Tower Heating highly enough. Everyone we dealt with, including the office staff arranging the visits and both engineers, were friendly, knowledgeable and genuinely seemed happy to help. The company was an all-around pleasure to deal with, and I will definitely be calling them again if I have issues in the future. Thank you, Tower Heating!

We used Tower Heating to replace a couple of radiators and after an initial assessment and as promised a quote was given the following day and the job was booked in the next week. We were really impressed with the work. The radiators we chose were a totally different size to the previous ones so we were worried we would have unsightly pipes running along skirting boards etc but Nigel and Tom did a fantastic job of moving pipes below floor boards etc and we couldn't be more pleased with how they look. There was minimal disruption and rooms were left neat and tidy. We have used Tower Heating for many years for servicing our boiler and I couldn't recommend them enough. We had a new radiator fitted. Tower came out to give us an estimate. We were happy with the price and arranged for installation. Keiran and Ollie did the work. They were polite, professional and tidy. Tower also do our central heating annual checks. We have always had prompt and competent service.

Had a new Worcester 440cdi installed, which is about the size of a washing machine, but about four times heavier. We were looking to have it replaced in the summer, less disruption, unfortunately the boiler started playing up and had to be replaced. The boiler was fitted in a day by Tom and Nigel, with very little disruption. Their workmanship was excellent, and that’s coming from an old engineer. They took the old boiler away, but left the wife. They created no mess, you wouldn’t have known anybody had been in. I can’t recommend them highly enough, great price, great workmanship, great service. Can’t get better than that. .

Booked an appointment to fix a problem with the boiler, telephone agent very polite and courteous. Engineer arrived early and fixed the problem within 30 minutes, bled radiators, checked pressure and capped old pipework. Excellent service, competitive prices, would highly recommend 👍🏻

Had a visit from Nigel to discuss upgrading an ageing boiler and adding a couple of radiators. Other companies didn't even bother coming, or wouldn't quote. Quote was received very quickly and was clear to understand. Recevied a call to go through the quote and if we had any questions. Proceeded with the installation and the install team were impressive. Very profession, nothing was too much for them and they worked non-stop including being under the floor routing pipes in a very confined space. Chaise was amazing and his work ethic is impressive. At the end of the day you wouldn't even know they had been in the house, it was that tidy. Job was completed within the quoted timeframe, although, there are a few minor finishing items to complete which they are coming back to do. Installer was very apologetic that they couldn't complete the final bit, but cosmetic rather than functional, but I know they'll be back. *edit - engineer returned and completed all outstanding cosmetic items. Thoroughly impressed. Highly recommended.

We had an excellent first meeting with Greg who gave us honest and experienced advice, and he really helped us to decide exactly what we wanted. He was professional and courteous throughout and provided various quotes as we refined the job to the installation of a new 40 kw Worcester combi, filter and thermostat with smart control, and 15 new radiators, removal of old large boiler, copper cylinder and 2 loft tanks and 12 old radiators. Removal of a lot of old pipework, lot of new pipework through walls and under floorboards. George H and Chaise did the job. Engineers came as promised on both days, they were very courteous, explained what they were going to do and carried out the work with the minimum of disruption, all the old equipment was removed from the premises. After they had left if it wasn't for the new boiler upstairs, you would not have known anyone had been, all carpets and any dust was cleaned, would recommend.

A fantastic service that exceeded my expectations. I had been living with my 1960’s hot air heating system for years, not wanting to risk the horrible sight of water pipes being fed down from the ceiling, as my ground floor was solid concrete. Greg arrived spot on time to give me an estimate. He adapted the installation to my requirements and flagged up a few possible problems due to the structure of the house with plasterboard walls that might need the radiators attaching to the floor. His detailed estimate arrived within a few days in a very professional package having already left me a Worcester Bosch boiler brochure. Danny and Chaise arrived exactly at 8.30am on Monday 13th July 2020 and laid out cloths in the hall stairs and rooms. Over the following 6 working days they managed to overcome the problems that Greg had highlighted. After removing the old hot air boiler asbestos was found and they arranged for a licensed specialist firm to call next working day to remove it, which at course was at my expense but great that I did not have to shop around for a reliable company. After drilling walls etc. the Hoover came out to clear up the mess and Greg visited during the installation to check on progress and also on compilation to ensure I was happy with the work. They quoted me a good price and the service and skill from both Danny and Chaise was fantastic. Need I say more. Tony

Tower heating did a great job installing a new Worcester Bosch Style combi boiler to replace a conventional system. From beginning to end the service was excellent. Greg provided great help talking through the options and selecting the boiler. James and Tom did a great job completing the installation - the guys worked conscientiously to complete the work to a high standard and also completed repairs to some existing pipework without fuss. They did not offer the cheapest quote, but if you care about quality and service, I can happily recommend Tower Heating

Just had Tower in to replace my old boiler with a nice new Worcester combi jobbie and rip out all the old tanks, cylinder and piping as well. Pretty big job really over 3 days. I chose Tower because they are local and have excellent reviews so got them to quote. Couple of days later our old boiler totally expired and we had no heating so Tower brought the installation date forward and started the job the following Monday. They also sent additional men down to get us up and running by next day which we really did appreciate. Big thanks to engineers James and Tom for a most excellent, professional job. Tower Heating were fast in arranging a technician to visit and identify what the problem was on the boiler. Leigh the technician had many problems in repairing the boiler and made 4 visits to rectify the problem. At all times Leigh was very helpful and in spite of the problems and using his knowledge and experience managed to fix the problem. Rarely do you find a tradesman so determined to problem solve and at the same to be very courteous and helpful. I cannot praise enough his commitment to the job.

Tower Heating recently installed a new combi boiler to replace the conventional boiler they fitted 24 years ago. It required extensive replacement of pipework and the uplifting of carpets & floorboards in several rooms. Next task is to replace my sons boiler and they will be doing that as well. They fitted my old boiler 13 years ago and I was very impressed with them then. Tower heating have now completed the boiler replacement, replaced radiator valves and fitted a bathroom towel radiator at my sons (next door) - different team this time and once again very pleased with their professionalism & workmanship. We moved into a bungalow last year and found that although a new boiler had been installed, by Tower, the previous owners hadn't upgraded the rest of the system, although they were advised to do so. The heating, not the boiler, recently broke down. Chris, the engineer, got us going again but we needed an upgrade. Tower moved heaven and earth to fit us in quickly and Chris completed the job yesterday. I can't praise him and Tower enough they did a professional job with great skill and we are toastie again. Cannot rate Tower heating highly enough. Fantastic job. Gordon and Tom fitted our new Combi boiler and additional radiators and we could not be more pleased. The installation was not as straight forward as it could have been but nothing was too much trouble and the best option (not the easiest) was always suggested by Gordon. Great care was always taken and Gordon and Tom had to work with and around our two dogs that are very nosey. New system was explained in great detail which was greatly appreciated. House is now at the perfect temperature with hot water on tap and with a 10 year guarantee from Worcester we have peace of mind each winter. Had new boiler fitted by Tower Heating team, and very pleased with the whole process. The office team were very amenable and efficient when I needed to change an appointment. They also sent a reminder email which was handy. Greg appeared for the quotation survey on time and, more importantly, sent me a detailed email regarding costs in the time frame he had promised. ( Two other firms came and spent time looking over the installation and despite follow up texts and phone calls from me, still haven't been back in touch!). The installation was done by Steve and his team. All of them were helpful and friendly and willing to answer any questions. A few glitches occurred that were quickly and cheerfully overcome! All installed and working well now, in the time scale I had been promised. The place was left tidy, and all evidence they had ever been here was removed. A big thank you to the whole team!
