Well experienced knowledgeable engineers and Reports are always returned as soon as works are completed and are to the best standard received from any Commissioning company I have used in the past. Jo Allen and the team have shown themselves to be professional and competent from the offset, providing weekly updates on the progress of the work and highlighting any non-compliances.
The engineers on site have demonstrated they have experience working within a healthcare environment, introducing themselves at each department before undertaking any work. They have shown flexibility when required to do so and have rearranged access to areas for a more convenient time based on advice from the nursing staff, prioritising the needs of the service first. All the engineers are well presented in their companies uniform and are clean and tidy when working on site.
The reports submitted are detailed and provide clear evidence with images that the work has been undertaken.
