Booked to service oil boiler which had not been serviced since I bought the house, transpired had not been serviced in a very long time!! Very informative and friendly gave plenty of helpful advice. For my oil boiler service, Roy had the unit completely stripped down, everything cleaned, replaced worn / dated components before analysing the flue gases to optimise the boiler combustion. He is extremely knowledgeable, clean, tidy and professional. He provided great advice on my system set up with recommendations on how to optimise. Nothing was overlooked. This is the guy you need!

The service to our oil boiler was the most comprehensive we have had. Each step of the process was explained and a couple of faults were identified that several previous service engineers had missed. Roy took time to explain good maintenance tips and conducted the full service professionally, demonstrating an impressive knowledge of his business. Roy serviced and repaired my boiler - he explained the boiler service to me really well and went over how the system works (very helpful since I've never had an oil-fired boiler before). There was also an issue with the boiler that he was unable to fix on the day, but he came back the next day - which I wasn't expecting and he definitely didn't have to do! - and got it fixed which was brilliant. Found Ewing Energy via Google and was impressed by the reviews so reached out for a quote. Great communication from the start, turned up on time and completed a full service on boiler. Explained as he went what he found etc. Did a great job and left area cleaner than when he arrived. Was fully COVID compliant interms of mask etc and he reduced the price quoted as less time was required. Offered great practical advice and guidance in keeping things tip top. Cant fault anything - above and beyond. On top of that a nice guy and professional. What more could you ask for.

Found Ewing Energy through google with no idea what they would be like or how expensive. I was very pleasantly surprised as Roy phoned back very quickly after leaving a message with him he showed up exactly when he said he would. Nothing was to much hassle for him at all. Roy done all he could to try and repair our boiler explaining everything along the way however ended up having to order a new part which he got quickly and came to fit in the evening. Even with his late working hours, parts and his hours spent getting my boiler as good as new again the price was more than reasonable. We have already booked Ewing Energy for our service next year.

Found this company through Boilerjuice website and having no knowledge of them took a bit of a gamble. I have had four different guys come and service my oil boiler and it has never run well. Ewing were very professional and curteous at all times and the service was carried out ASAP. While doing this he found a faulty seal and corrosion within which explained the boilers problems. Without any pressure or dodgy sales tactics I was offered the repair (when I felt it was necessary) at a bargain price. Again the job was completed reasonably and in good time. Easily the most professional and courteous tradesman I have experienced in years.

What we thought was a well serviced boiler turned out to be very poorly managed. And this was not a sales tactic as he showed us clearly and in simple terms what the issues of our boiler were.
