S. B.I contacted Nadeem about 5 years ago for a small plumbing job, and since the I have never even considered going to anyone else for any heating/plumbing/boiler etc job.
What I appreciate most about his work is that he cares about the whole system. He sees his job holistically and treats every job like a doctor treating a patient. Measurements are precise and valves tweaked half a turn, but the result is the system running smoothly. Our radiators and boiler have never been in better condition.
He is a dedicated and high quality worker, who is always considerate and responsible to have in the house. I couldn’t recommend him highly enough.

He skilfully designed and installed our UFH system, devised a utility room set up with washer, water softener in our cellar and installed and set up our Nest thermostat system. Everything was carefully thought through to not only function well from a plumbing perspective but, crucially, to be as practical as possible for our busy family life. He's not cheap but you get what you pay for and with Nadeem that is a first class, bespoke service from a true professional.
M. D.I found Nadeem on google over a year ago when we started work on our house. Since then he has connected our kitchen and bathroom, installed our underfloor heating, connected up two radiators and a thermostat, added an outside tap and serviced our boiler. He is a true craftsman in the heating and plumbing trade and an artist with a pipe bender! (A rare and valuable trait in plumbers today). In my time working with Nadeem he has been nothing but responsive, reliable and thorough, and after his many visits to us we now feel he is also a good friend.

The team was quick to diagnose our boiler and radiator issues. Explained all that needed to be done with clear and fair price in one visit. B.Nadeem has installed 3 boilers, a large thermal store and a 3 zone underfloor heating system over several properties for me over the years, and he has been returning for 15yrs+ to service them and provide the gas safety certificates. The key differentiator is that when something inevitably breaks or leaks and needs urgent attention he will do his best to get round and fix it promptly, regardless of time of day/night. Entirely trustworthy and I leave keys with him for longer jobs. Quotes and invoices are clear and itemised, so you know exactly what you are paying for, and once you hear how many children he has to feed you won't have a problem with value for money.

Within days we received a clear and concise report with recommendations to properly address the issue plus ideas on how we could improve our energy saving! Once we confirmed we wanted the work to go ahead Alinsons started within days and kept to their proposed programme and maintained a happy, safe and very tidy work area throughout. A. N.Why can't all trades be as efficient and friendly as Nadeem. Contacted Nadeem on Thursday before Easter about a problem with my (very non-practical) son's boiler. Having explained the problem Nadeem was able to come round the next day ( Good Friday) with replacement parts and sort the whole heating system out. The invoicing and follow up were equally efficient.

S.Very good experience of using Nadeem... have a back burner... and a few boiler engineers have looked at but was not happy with their performance... but Nadeem has been very good in diagnosing and correcting faults and giving the whole system a thorough overhaul and that too for the right price! so would definitely recommend nadeem to others for any sort of boiler / central heating issue...
M. N.Central heating always seems to break down when the coldest weather sets in. After many years of waiting long and freezing periods for a British Gas engineer to show up to resolve the problem we decided to invest in a decent boiler and look after it properly. We know Nadeem as he lives locally and our sons go to school together. He has serviced our boiler for the past 3 years and we have experienced no breakdowns during this time. His approach is thorough and he takes time to explain everything carefully so you know what's going on. This is particularly good value if you have curious children as they get free tuition in how central heating works (plus a few jokes thrown in). He provide a friendly and considerate service at reasonable rates. It's good to know that somebody reliable and local is available to help if needed. We highly recommend Alinsons.
