Immersion heater problems. Really good communication from Paul. Attended the property the next day. I was kept up to date throughout and pictures were shared of the work. I have been using Paul for about three years at my rented property and I am so glad that I found him. Paul is trustworthy, reliable, replies to me promptly, keeps me informed of the work's progress and sends before & after photos. He contacts my tenants directly and always does a great job at a reasonable price. By trade, Paul is a plumber/heating engineer but I've found it invaluable that he can also do other small repairs, eg. minor carpentry repairs, fitting blinds etc. I would highly recommend him to anyone.

Paul arranged for his colleague Tyler to assist with a boiler breakdown. V responsive and was there next day at 8am to sort. Both Paul and Tyler were very professional, were able to give a good estimate of costs, and clearly know their stuff. And v conscious of covid measures. Absolutely excellent! After various disappointments with multiple repair companies (didn't respond; no-shows; no follow-up; etc), I finally found Paul at Boiler Repairs London. I had decided that other technicians might have thought the job was too small, but now I think it may have been just too big/complex a job for them. Paul was thorough in his initial evaluation, and managed to provide timely responses, detailed descriptions of the problems (with photos) and sensible/reasonably priced proposals for the work. I could not be happier with his work and his follow-through, and I would have no hesitation to recommend him for all your heating/gas/plumbing needs (so long as he doesn't get too busy if/when I need him again in the future)!

Paul and his colleague Tyler came out of there from Hackney to Essex on a job as a result of a previous builder fault when installing. I had blocked drain under the sink which was causing my washing machine to make gurgling sounds and flood. I called BRL plumbing after seeing all the good reviews online and experiencing a variable response from another local plumbing company. Paul was very accomodating in trying to fit me in at short notice as he explained they were very busy. Paul and Tyler came along the next day, prompt and on time. They had a look at my problem, which turned out to be a bigger job than expected and what I had initially described. The 'leak' was actually a blockage that needed specialist equipment. Tyler came back in the evening and proceeded to clear the blockage and restore my washing machine waste water pipe. The price was reasonable and the service was good.
