Robert was extremely responsive and very transparent with cost straight away without me having to prompt it. He attended my broken boiler on short notice and fixed it promptly. He then helped me to understand the problem in case it came up again, as well as providing a service whilst at the property. He was friendly, careful and clean when conducting his work. I would not hesitate to contact him again for any of my boiler needs!

Boiler Technicians were called to get the heating system going as boiler regularly cuts out. They serviced the boiler, diagnosed the problem, ordered new pump, valves, room stat and cylinder stat. Apart from a few days' delay in obtaining a new pump, work was carried out promptly and efficiently.

I want to thank Robert for his extreme professionalism, expertise and for coming to my rescue all the way in London! I called him on a Sunday and he came that evening and quickly identified the issue. He then sourced and installed a new boiler which now runs perfectly. This was a herculean job as the old one was 15 years old and and required all new pipes. He worked non-stop not even taking time for lunch and finished very late into the night. He was extremely polite, tidy and knows exactly what he is doing. He went above and beyond the call of duty even fixing a leaking fireplace vale and removing a water softener at my request. He is truly excellent and I would recommend him wholeheartedly for any imaginable boiler or gas issues or problems. 100 stars!

Robert, I could not praise him enough in this review (even though he thought I was the most difficult client he has ever had). He is: - very knowledgeable; - responsive; and - most importantly, hard working, “straight to the point”, and efficient to get the job done; He did 3 jobs for us: - boiler installation; - gas pipe upgrade; - radiator installation; Thanks to him we are lucky to have a compact Viessmann boiler neatly installed (sitting in our bathroom cupboard) within 2 days. His job was complicated because of our long flue pipe. I entrusted him with the job, because: - he promised me to fit the boiler without causing any damage to the tiles etc (after prompt “on site” inspection); - out of 4 engineers visiting, he was the only one to detect the leak in a flue pipe (hence I went with him, obviously); His pricing bracket is in an average for central London. It does not compromise in any way the quality of the service provided. I also apreciated the fact, that he was able to come to SE16 despite the distance. And finally, me and my family we were very lucky to have our boiler and radiator up and running just before the covid19 outbreak here. We will definitely use his services again in near future.
