Brad A. (service technician) arrived within 35 minutes of my call for emergency service dur to a leaking hot water tank. He serviced my water heater, was friendly and professional and quickly diagnosed the problem. He was able to walk me through the issues and next steps in effort to expedite the repair and scheduling of a new waterless tank. His attention to customer service was excellent, providing me information to save me time and support my decision making to determine the best solution for my home. Thanks you Brad, Enercare is lucky to have as an employee.

Brad was amazing help! After he was done he kindly explained to me what was going on with the heater, and within 30 mins of him leaving heat was blasting and the smell was wafting itself out. He was a wonderful!! and once more I really do appreciate him stopping by to fix our heater on short notice.

My boiler system broke down in the middle of winter and I was stressed and worried about the financial implications. The customer service I spoke to advised me about the coverage available to me on the Enercare protection plan. He was also able to schedule a repair for me within the next 12 hours.
My boiler system was repaired, pumps changed and the boiler serviced at NO COST. I was so relieved and I am really grateful for the services they provide.

Although my experience with the 'service department' in Columbia, South America was not good, the time spent with the technician Tony Raposo was excellent. He answered all my questions politely, professionally and with care and concern. At the end of the day Im still not happy with my situation with water on demand, but i know my options have been thoroughly explored.

Today I had a gentleman come to do some maintenance on the heating systems. His name was Brad. A honestly... super kind and worked fast and respectful. Had great personality and didn't make me feel uncomfortable in my home! Definitely would love Brad to do our maintenance again going forward if possible! Thanks 😊

Dealing with Enercare was fantastic - they were prompt, affordable and very clear and upfront about everything. The technician Tony was amazing - extremely knowledgeable and definitely cared about getting our furnace working. He went above and beyond to ensure that we wouldn't be without heat in the middle of February. I would definitely recommend Enercare.

Tony was prompt and pleasant and knowledgeable. Cleaned and restarted fireplace, quickly and efficiently. would recommend Tony anytime.
Customer service on the phone was terrible. They LOST my
first appointment, a no show, even though the still had the other appointment I made for May. Their system would hang up on me and they did not phone back. So I would call and get a different person, with whom I had to go though the whole explanation again.
