My wife and I have been impressed with the level of service we have received from Gas inspections Ltd. Everyone we have had to deal with has been helpful; from the labourers, carpenter, Electrician and The gas Engineer they was answering any queries we have had, to the work undertaken at our home. The engineer who installed our new boiler, worked non-stop throughout the day. He was polite, knowledgeable, well-organised and left the house clean and tidy. We had a young family without hot water anywhere in the house with British Gas quoting a week before they could attend. The Gas Inspections Ltd team arrived same day and less than an hour, they identified the problem and provided a temporary fix. The need for a spare part was fully explained, and the same morning we received a full written report to forward to British Gas. We were also correctly told of our entitlement to compensation from British Gas for the callout fee which we were not previously aware of. This was good old fashioned superb customer service, and we would give Gas Inspections Ltd our 100% recommendation.

I was recommended Gas Inspections Ltd via a family friend who had previously employed their services to install a new bathroom in their home so I had high expectations of their work which proved to be correct! As I needed a new boiler installed, I contacted their engineers to undertake the job and I was pleasantly surprised to find that their engineers were hard working, friendly and very professional. Their standard of work was excellent and they were happy to answer any questions I had about my new boiler. Their prices were very reasonable and it was reassuring to know that I was dealing with a great team of professionals from start to finish. I would thoroughly recommend them and am more than happy to employ their Engineers again.

Mr Hicham from Gas inspections Ltd came and surprisingly fixed my boiler on same day and cost me only under £100. And saved my 2/3 thousand pounds to buy and install a new boiler. It’s been more than a months and my boiler is working absolutely fine. Very knowledgeable and professional gas engineer. I will definitely call them in future if I need and Highly recommend them for boiler issue.

Gas Inspections ltd replaced my boiler & radiators last Month, which included a chemical system flush, mag filter & limescale inhibitor fitting, plus wireless Nest thermostat. Boiler came with a 10yr warranty. They were working with an ancient central heating system that still used the old school microbore pipework, but this wasn't an issue for them at all, They did a superb job, Highly professional.
