We really needed a new boiler asap the team at go go boilers was very quick at getting us a quote and even started the job less than a week after receiving it. The service was fantastic from start to finish. The engineers are very good at what they do and explained everything they was doing or what needed to be done. They cleaned up everything after they had finished even getting the hoover out. We highly recommend go go boilers.

Called GOGO Boilers on Good Friday evening as I had no hot water and boiler was making a horrific clanking noise. An appointment was made for the following morning. A lovely guy called Steve arrived at the agreed time, was extremely professional and helpful. I was advised that because my boiler wasn't very old that it could still be in warranty, therefore was advised to contact the manufacturer instead of the engineer carrying out the work which could of ended up being very costly. I am extremely grateful for Steve's time and advice and will be using GOGO Boilers in future for both my own home and rental property. Couldn't recommend highly enough.

We had James from GoGo boilers at the house today to install a smart thermostat and HW control. Very professional, courteous and patient gentleman with excellent practical knowledge of the heating system. He made sure the job was complete and all the controls working before leaving. Can definitely recommend their services.

I had a broken boiler and called up for the first time to enquire about a repair. Within 2 hours they had arrived, make the repairs and offered some solutions to fix going forward. The price was excellent for the repair and response and service even better. Due to my excellent first experience I will be using going forward for all future requirements.

I cannot thank GoGo Boilers and Steve enough for the way they dealt with my non working boiler . I have an old boiler which I have been expecting to go wrong for a while and when it did I contacted a few repair companies and the majority all said, Its old will need replacing with a very expensive bill. As luck would have it GoGo was one of the companies and although they were aware it was old told me what the fault was on the phone and offered to come round with the part a few hours later , When Steve arrived he diagnosed it was a slightly different issue and after spending some time on it the boiler is back and working , Cant thank them enough ! 10/10 will use next time.

I was without heating in the new year. Steve went my house in the new year to help me, he found the problem was the gas had been cut because of a problem with the smart meter recently installed. He did not charge me. 1 hour ago I had gas again. I felt so guilty for not paying anything - how can someone fix your problem in the new year, not charge you and solve your problem?? I tried to give a tip, he said "no, we have to help each other here". It was one the biggest sense of community I ever felt since I moved to London. I tried to reach my wallet, but he didn't accept. I will make sure I hire a maintenance plan from soon and I will only call gogo boilers from now on to maintain the repair the boiler. Trust is priceless, and they earned mine.

Fantastic service. Called them to look at a leaking boiler and Steve was round within an hour (quicker than the time quoted). Was really helpful and not pushy at all. This was my first time using them and will definitely be using again.

We couldn’t be more grateful to Steve from Togo boilers. Our boiler broke in the middle of winter and we have two young kids. Steve came out within 30 min of our call. Within an hour he had fixed our problem and given us some excellent advice on our options for a replacement when the time comes. We will definitely be using GoGo boilers for our replacement!

I have used GoGo boilers in times of urgent need and they have always been polite, professional and helped fix the issue even when they were overworked and out of business hours. I will be switching to them when my current contract support ends this year.
