V. B.Big corporations must learn how to treat their customers with Adam and Mark. We had our boiler shutdown by another company because of a bad installation. When I contacted Adam, he was really professional and he helped us throughout the entire repair - he looked after us to the best of his ability with a level of transparency that I’ve seen only a few times in my life. They make great use of technology to schedule appointments and explain what has to be done. He came by the flat in the evening to reassess the initial issue and, because of his diligence, we identified another problem which significantly cut down the cost of the repair. I would recommend Hampstead Heat as one of the best companies I had dealt with in my life.
I. S.Adam from Hampstead Heat had serviced our central heating boiler previously but we knew it was now nearing the end of its life and asked Adam to supply and install a new boiler. Throughout, Adam gave excellent guidence and discussed various options, he was responsive, on time, tidy and efficient throughout, and a nice guy to boot. The work carried out was to a really high standard. Adam even managed to identify the problem and resolve some long standing technical issues with our central heating piping system. Really impressed by that as our radiators and hot water are working better than ever now. He was so professional, ensured that everything was working correctly and to our full satisfaction before sending his invoice.

P. A.By far the best boiler installation I have ever done. Was the cheapest quote (easily). Adam came on time, and worked through out the day and delivered what he said he would. Other quotes involved supposed piping and higher kw boilers, Adam told me a smaller one with the existing piping will work fine. And so it does! All bathrooms have hot water like before the heating is perfect.
Adam also went above and beyond in his duties, because his quote involved piercing the granite top for waste water. On his own accord he sat hanging out of a window to lead that pipe into the gutter outside the flat so as to save the kitchen top!
Outstanding workmanship, delivers all that he promises, punctual, professional and a nice guy to have a laugh with. Recommended 100 percent never going with anyone else ever.
