I've been using Joe for years - since he was a one man band. He's serviced our own boiler, as well as carrying out service and safety maintenance on our rental property. He's always been honest, good value and very reliable. He's also a genuinely lovey guy. I've recommended him to lots of people over the years. It's been a pleasure watching his business grow over the year and he deserves every success.

Joe came to install a Nest smart thermostat for us. He was friendly, professional and very knowledgeable. In around one hour the job was complete at a good price. He showed us how the unit works and got it set up on our WiFi. I would highly recommend!

I was very impressed with Jo’s professionalism. When I initially contacted him for his advice he responded promptly and extended in-depth knowledge about gas fitting and certification protocol. He has a clear price structure, he is reliable turning up when he said he would. He was polite at all times and was very tolerant of our dog wanting to say hello. Under these COVID-19 circumstances where everyone is vulnerable he turned up well protected and respected the social distancing rules.
