Rob was excellent; explained the process and gave an appointed which was kept punctually and finished the work to an excellent standard. Would definetly recommend to anyone. Further update on this - two days later we found that there was a strong smell of gas coming from the meter. Called in the emergency gas people who said that the meter was missing a washer! Fortunately there were no accidents in the interim otherwise this could have ended badly for my mum who lives alone. So i have updated my review for Rob who did apologise for this error but clearly you cannot be too careful when dealing with gas.

Robert and his team are very professional . When they have completed the job you would not know that they had been in your house .they are extremely polite and easy to get on with. The after service is excellent if there is a problem they are straight on to it no questions asked. I would highly reccomend Robert.

Excellent service. My dead boiler was replaced within two working days, on time, on budget and to spec. Robert was attentive to detail and made good all the panelling that had to be cut away. His prices compared extremely favourably with the big brand West London plumbers I had also contacted. But his service is way better: my boiler was installed a full two days before they got round to even sending me a quote. We will definitely be working with him again.
