I'm a landlord of a flat in a relatively new development, which uses shared heating through a system that I don't know much about. HIUs. I tried to use a recommendation that came through the development residents but this person continuously did not give me confidence and also the quote seemed unreasonable. I called HIU and they were transparent with their fees and came when they said they would and did the repart at a fair price. I would highly recommend them. This was back in August 2021 and I've only just got.around to putting this write-up on to here. Good as it means the repair is still fine.

I needed a some work doing to my downstairs cloakroom/toilet and contacted Add Detail once restrictions had been lifted. After meeting Sigis it was clear that he was very experienced so I asked him to do a full refit in our downstairs toilet, plus some extra work in the upstairs bathroom to modernise it. The building was built in the 1960's and the toilet itself had exposed pipes everywhere and was really in need of a facelift. Sigis, Justin and George were an absolute pleasure to work with and they really turned my vision into a reality. They were always prompt and tidied up at the end of each day which was great as I have a very inquisitive toddler. I am over the moon with the results and would highly recommend them. I will certainly be using Sigis and his team again in the future. :)

Wow!! Add Detail delivered exceptional service resulting in a very positive experience and total peace of mind. Highly professional, extremely competent and proactive. "Can do attitude" with a smile. My HIU had been leaking since Christmas and had not been serviced in many years. I was concerned that the HIU wasn't fixable and that a costly replacement HIU was the only option. Justin looked at the leak and fixed it without any fuss. He was also proactive and did extra work and checks to make sure the job was finished to a very high standard. He also took the time to talk about HIU repairs versus replacement even outside office hours. I will be recommending Add Detail to my Estate Management Company so other residents in my building can use them for HIU repairs/replacement/annual service.

ADD detail hung 8 doors in my house, they were efficient, helpful and left the place immaculate. I had been let down by a builder and had gaping holes and wrecked the door frames. Sigis rebuilt the frames and architrave from scratch and hung all the doors so that they fit, even where the space was uneven. He was flexible and ready to give advice, always on time and cleaned up after each of the days he was here. His work was great value.Highly recommended.

Sigis was fantastic. We had him in to fix the leaks in our shower / bath and replace the wood, as well as install a new bath cover and shower door. Before the work, he went through all of the options with us and created well informed quotes. He was very quick to respond and I liked that he explained everything in a very easy to understand way. His work was impeccable - our bathroom looks great now and we have confidence that everything is working as it should and there isn't any water leakage. There were a couple tricky things in our bathroom repair and he thought of solutions on the spot to get the work done. Really skilled workmanship and friendly. I would 100% recommend him again and we are very happy with the value of work.

Justin provided a great service. He initially came to service my HIU but highlighted repairs needing done and also changed a valve. I have had problems with hot water for a while and he helped my get my hot water to the hottest it has been for ages. I have a HIU for hot water and heating. My unit needed a repair but it was impossible to find which spare part needs replacement. Tried 3 different specialists before turning to this company and each guy suggested a different part being the faulty one. Sigis from Add Details Ltd fixed my water issue on his first visit. On his next visit he replaced a small part and my HIU was running perfectly. Both water and heating working great for a fraction of what other HIU service companies were quoting. I can't recommend enough these guys.

We first used Add Detail Plumbers over a year ago in our flat. We had water pressure issues that nobody else was even willing to put the time in to explore. Justin was systematic in his approach and quickly resolved the problem. We then decided to have a pump installed on the shower and he talked through all of the different options explaining clearly the positives and negatives of each. Justin completed the job efficiently and to a high standard - our tenants were very happy with their new shower. We have since requested Add Detail's services at our house - to investigate an outside leak and plumb in two sinks and a washing machine. Justin always attends within 24 hours, which in the case of the leak was very reassuring (and it was Good Friday). Again he quickly identified the cause and fixed our cistern and carried out our plumbing brilliantly. I have absolutely no reservations in recommending Add Detail!

They were extraordinarily efficient, clean, friendly, always on time and a joy to work with. They were so good we miss them now that they're gone! No job was too difficult for them and they often came up with their own creative (and beautifully thought-through) solutions. 100% recommended. PS: we called Sigitas and his team back to do some carpentry (wardrobe in the master bedroom, filing cabinet on the landing, New decking outside) and they were once again exceptional. Sigitas even used some left over bits of wood from the deck to build us a bench and table. He is that good/nice. Just astonished by the level of care.
