As a man who never writes reviews, I find myself in the enviable position of having a warm home, and a superb heating system afters years of despairing at other heating companies servicing and costs. Adam's work was outstanding and his patience legendary. Thank you so much for making a difference. Oh yes and at a reasonable price level as well. You will not be disappointed

Initial impression fell short of the amazing reviews I have seen online because: a) the engineer was running 1h late, but did not warn about it b) my personal experience was that during communication I found it difficult to ask a complete question without being interrupted c) nobody warned that charging time was from the time an engineer leaves the parked van and not when arrives at the door . Nevertheless: a) the engineer appeared very knowledgeable and I was advised about the issues with the system and potential replacement options for the longer term b) a current issue was identified and fixed c) the team really went extra mile in responding to my queries several times post visit. As I tend to believe that making a good impression after initial shortcoming is quite rare these days – 5* rating is definitely deserved, so would be happy to use the services when needed.

Great customer service. I called these guys yesterday morning for a hiu service and got me in right away. It was done in a few hours. They even took pictures and sent it to me so I can see what they were doing. Loved it. I never had a ENGINEERS do that. Very friendly.I will for sure to come back again and I highly recommend them.

Survey and installation by a gentleman called James. Fantastic from start to finish excellent communication and very informative, polite happy, just got on with the job effectively and efficiently, methodically. Cleaned up as he as he went along, no mess or rubbish left. Explained clearly any questions asked regarding the system and explained follow up procedures that were to follow and who would cover next steps. This guy gave me absolute peace of mind as a tradesman and covered all COVID regulations.

As an estate agents and having recently taken on a number of properties with HIU systems, there have been occasions that our regular plumbers could not repair the problems our tenants had encountered. I had to wait two weeks for part delivery but it’s not their fault. Any other company would have waited the same as this is being sent by the manufacturer. Fixed within 20 minutes great price thank you very much. Had them out again for another issue guy thought I needed a new thermostat but when he came with the thermostat discovered it just needed to be paired should definitely be a trusted company.

Engineer came out today for a radiator leak, called ahead and when we told the engineer we went in he made arrangements around us to ensure the time best fit around us which was great. On arrival fixed the leak and was courteous, friendly and professional.
