I have been working at IntelliCasa for three months now. The company has an amazing office at Chiswick Business Park which also serves as a showroom to demonstrate all kinds of smart technology solutions it can propose to the commercial and residential sector. The team is phenomenal. IntelliCasa is composed of highly skilled professionals and engineers who truly understand the business and aim to develop solid relationships with clients or potential partners to deliver the best possible results. They're super available and not scared of taking up any sort of challenge. Recently IntelliCasa has been taking on some big commercial and residential projects in Central London. The team and I worked effortlessly to deliver the clients some groundbreaking SMART tech systems to suit all their needs and requirements. From designing a highly tech board room for a new smart office opening soon to integrating a full smart home automation system in one of London's wealthiest neighbourhoods, IntelliCasa always delivered the most unique and bespoke design demonstrating that in terms of quality and service there are for sure no direct competitors. I highly recommend IntelliCasa to everybody.

We were lucky enough to be building our own house and wanted to have the very latest tech inside. We spent a long time researching lots of installers and we came across Intellicasa Ltd via a Google search. Based on the Google reviews, we were confident that this company would deliver the scale of project we had in mind. We contacted them and organised a meeting at their head office, what was great was that the actual owner was there to meet us and talk us through all the options and also show us the the system they had in their showroom which included controlling everything by Iphone and touchpanels, it really helped being able to see a live demo! They also arranged for us to see one of their latest installations and to meet their clients which was great and reassuring. We were very impressed with what we had seen and asked them to tender for our project in Hadley Wood. Intellicasa came up with a full Smart design for lighting control, roller blinds and curtain tracks, a frosted glass window which can block the light at the press of a button, electric doors and electric gated control. They also designed a full solution for HVAC for the house and a full design for a security system covering both inside and outside the house. The system also allowed us to fully monitor our house when we are away. We wanted to have a full integration to include music covering the whole house and they also designed a really cool cinema room for us, which we loved! Throughout the construction phase the project manager was very knowledgeable and guided us through all the aspects of smart systems being installed at our house. The system was extremely easy to use and with the help of Intellicasa software engineer all the smart graphics were so simple to use even our parents who moved in with us for a while were enjoying playing with all the tech! One of the features that we have started using is the home away mode which allows us to mimic our lifestyle when we are not home, so cool! The Intellicasa team where always on hand throughout the installation, nothing was too much trouble and they always took the time to explain what was happening and to answer any questions we had. We can honestly say that we are so happy with what they have done and they most certainly have gone above and beyond what we ever expected. We now have the house of our dreams! We highly recommend Intellicasa and thank you Intellicasa team!

I first used their services to fix a software problem I inherited when I bought a property with Crestron and have just used them again to design and install the home automation elements on my refurbished property. For cost and ease of use I decided to go for Savant products and I’m delighted with the results. I actually found Intellicasa on the internet, and they were one of 3 companies I was considering. When planning a complete renovation of a large flat I had recently purchased in the Kensington area, I knew I wanted multiroom audio/video because I’d had it installed in a home renovation I undertook 10 years earlier and loved it. The technology had changed dramatically since my first foray with a Systemline system, so I wanted an installer who could give me a reliable but reasonably priced system with all the latest bells and whistles I'd need. I got quotes from four different installers but felt most comfortable with Intellicasa because their quote was competitive and the Savant system they recommended seemed to fit the bill, but mostly because Elie struck me as the smartest person in the home automation field I’d ever met by far, along with the other members of his team, all of whom were extremely nice people. He knows his stuff and is a super nice guy who really loves what he does. I grew so confident with his work that we ended up adding heating controls and Lutron lighting controls to the system as well, all installed by Intellicasa and controlled by the Savant system with an app on our iPhones or iPads. Elie’s been great in terms of explaining how the system works and updating/tweaking it to meet my and my family’s needs. We’re very happy with the work Intellicasa has done and are very happy to share our positive experience.

We were introduced to Elie and IntelliCasa via an interior designer friend a few years back when we were working on a new housing project, which eventually fell through. We then purchased a fairly large, sprawling house in north London that the previous owners had taken great care to renovate, but the lighting and security systems were about 15 years old. Soon after moving in we had an attempted burglary via our back garden, and it became apparent that the old security systems needed updating. After giving us a detailed run through of the options available, Elie has now replaced the entire CCTV system and garden alarm system so that we are immediately notified via our iPhones and iPads of any alerts, and we are able to remotely check our CCTV to see the cause of the alert- we can also turn off and reset the alarm - very useful for when our gardener is visiting and we are out/away. Elie also upgraded our wifi allowing us access throughout the property, and recently he and his team fitted a large number of new lights (and to a much higher standard than the previous electrician we used). He and his team were very efficient, and super clean and polite. Elie is passionate about his work - he lectures in home automation and clearly knows the subject from top to bottom. He is able to fix things from the most simple electrical issues (he fixed our electric gates that were playing up) to complete home automation projects from start to finish, and I have been particularly impressed by his persistence in ensuring that everything works to our complete satisfaction, even when this involves single trips to fix/adjust minor things. I can wholeheartedly recommend Elie and IntelliCasa.

Intellicasa installed a CCTV and alarm system on my new property, the job carried out was to a very high standard and was completed well within the original time frame quoted. The systems installed was easy to use and clear intructions were provided on how to use them. The after sales care is also first rate: I needed to provide the police with a copy of some CCTV recording but had fogotten how to do this Intellicasa was able to help me over the phone to do this. Intellicasa realized for me a full automation system by Savant for my house in Monaco: lighting, audio/video inclusive of airplays and media server, temperature, blinds, CCTV. Everything is controllable in an easy and comfortable way from the keypads in the house or simply with the mobile phone even remotely when I'm abroad. The time for realizing all the project has been incredibly fast and smooth nevertheless sometimes I changed my mind in between. Perfect also the assistance after completion of the work.
