J. G.LS1 Boilers installed a new boiler in my house in London after my one broke down. It was just before the corona lockdown so I was quite stressed about it all! I spoke with Indy who was really helpful, patient and friendly. They installed a new boiler the next day and I'm very happy with both it and the service I received from them.
C. S.OH MY GOD WHAT A FANTASTIC COMPANY. I was in need of a new boiler and found it difficult to find a company I felt comfortable with to do the job. After researching online for quite a some time and getting different quotes I came across LS1 boilers in South London. As soon as I filled out a form on their website lI received an estimate i was already pleased with.The next morning customer service called me straight away. I was advised in such friendly manner, knowledge and patients.
In order to be safe on the advise I had to send videos of my old boiler and of my water flow in my kitchen and the current pipe work & old airflue via whatsapp. Within minutes I had a recommendation which boiler to get. The great thing was I ended up with a lower quote than I had initially online. Also I was keen to get a certain wireless Thermostat installed which I was advised by LS1 to get on Amazon as it would be the cheapest option for me but and they would install it for me free of charge.
5 days later I had my appointment for installation....
Well today was the day. Head installer Jordan & his team partner Vinnie turned up right on time at 8am wearing masks, respectful, super friendly, polite, totally safe as regards social distance. That was very important to me as it was our first day of lockdown and I am currently caring for someone who is very vulnerable and got extreme health issues. Jordan & Vinnie worked so efficient with only a tiny but well deserved lunch break and finished the job by 1:30pm. To my surprise it was so fast, efficient and they were super tidy.
When I was finally shown the boiler in all working order I was so impressed with Jordan's & Vinni's installation. Afterwards I was treated with a great instruction how to use the boiler & thermostat with its features correctly.
Last but not least I am so grateful and can not recommend LS1 Boilers highly enough hence I wrote such along review but they definitely deserve it. Living in a very close community I will spread the word & I certainly will be back if I should need them - at the latest when I get my boiler serviced in a years time. Thanks again guys.

My old boiler was almost 20 years old, it never worked fully since moving in 2 years ago. I initially wanted to go for a combi boiler as I had read that it could be better option by heating water on demand (I had been really put off having another hot water storage system because of the old one) after speaking with Indy the technical manager he assured me that I would be wasting my money going for a combi boiler as it would not be suitable for the type of property I have and that actually a cheaper thermal store system would be better. In all honesty I was sold from then on, it was so refreshing for a company to be honest and not sell me something I didn't need just because its more expensive. Safe to say he was right it's been 4 days since the install, I have enough hot water to shower for longer than 2 minutes for the first time in 2 years. Literally the best money I have ever spent. This new boiler has a thermostat on the outside so I can see exactly how hot the water is inside and water level pipe too so I can how much water is inside.
Service was great too Amanda helped with getting the process going and called after the install. The guys who did the install were great, got on with the job, cleaned up well.
I will be passing on your company details to the on site concerige to reccomend to other residents in my development. Thank you!
A. S.Just had our new boiler fitted with LS1. Came to them after a bad experience with one of their competitors (Glow Green). I have to say I was extremely impressed with the service at LS1 from start to finish. Sarah in their Customer Care Team is one of the most helpful people I've ever dealt with. She answered all of our (lots of) questions very promptly and even went in to the office on the weekend to get a finance application set up for us so we could get the installation done quicker. Within 3 days from my initial contact the installation occurred and on the day the installation engineer Anthony was also very polite and helpful. He did the install in about 6 hours in total, needed basically no input from us and left the place actually looking cleaner than when he started - he even mopped the floor! Back up and running and a very happy customer. Would highly recommend LS1 to anyone needing a new boiler, and even better is the fact that they actually came out as the cheapest quote we got in the end!
J. M.I can never fault the service of LS1 boilers. Probably one of the most honest and professional tradespeople there is.
Indy gave us an amazing deal and even got us upgraded to a better boiler. His assessement of the job to be done was very helpful in guiding us with decisions about where and how the boilers will be done (changed from conventional to combi boiler) and was never tired of all our questions and concerns.
Callum and Vinny were our boiler engineers and both did an incredible job. Very professional, very corteous and helpful with our questions. Also included us in making decisions but still recommended the best. They worked very safely (Covid wise) and left their work area very neat and tidy. It was a 2 day job but we were at peace with just letting them work inside the house. All of us even fell asleep while they were working 😂. They worked quickly and efficiently with not a moment to spare dilly dallying (unlike other tradesmen who like to take their time). Im very happy with the service, even the way they did the pipes looked decorative in our kitchen.
Amanda fixed all our paperworks promptly not even hours after the job was done.
Highly recommended! Look no further for any other engineers :-) Will definitely take their service for annual servicing :-)

A. K.I had a new boiler installed this week after my previous antiquated one decided it had had enough. I contacted LS1 Boilers who were extremely professional right from the first phone call, all throughout the installation and the follow up post completion. Amanda organised everything for me and kept me fully informed right up to installation date. The lead engineer Jordan and his 2 accomplices, namely Elliott and Dimitri, were totally organised and also kept me informed throughout the whole process. After the installation completion, they did a thorough tidy up and left everything the way they had found it. I cannot find fault whatsoever, and would highly recommend LS1 Boilers. I will most definitely be using them in the future.

Turns out it was all true, they were even better than the reviews. Sarah was fantastic in getting everything arranged and Connor did a great job on the install. I'm not an easy customer to please but these guys smashed it. I'll defo use LS1 for my annual check ups from now.

After googling suppliers that served the area I came across the positive reviews and called up for a quote. Customer service was excellent from start to finish. They were transparent about pricing and very responsive (being able to exchange messages on WhatsApp was very convenient in between meetings and for clarifying specifics for the quote by supplying photos etc). We had an engineer round to install our new boiler within 24 hours of paying the deposit and now have fully functioning hot water again - hurrah! Would highly recommend as service was brilliant and pricing was competitive.

T. B.New Boiler Installation - Once the quote was received and accepted, I received calls from Tracey and Simone in the office to schedule a convenient date and time for the boiler replacement. They took care of all the timings and liaised with my tenants to arrange key collection. On the day of the installation I met Andy. He was nice and friendly, the property was left clean and tidy after the install was completed. I received a call a week or so later to ensure I was happy with the install and comfortable using the smart thermostat. All in all this company went above and beyond. I am a key worker and they agreed to fit the boiler on saturday so that I didn't have to take a day off of work. Interestingly, as the original boiler was beyond economic repair I was eligible for a new free boiler through my Homserve cover - if I paid Help-Link to install it. LS1 were able to to the complete job including a better boiler, better guarantee and better service for the same price! Will happily recommend to friends in future.
I. Q.LS1 Boilers are like the premium more expensive Pimlico Plumbers of the Boiler Install, repair & servicing however at the regular rates of their competitors.
Responded fast, process driven, everything clear. Their office team really care. You need their engineers.
Our engineer done such a professional install with our boiler in the kitchen, we may not put a box over it because it’s like a work of Art!
J. P.Update: 14/5/20 - I continue to be super impressed with LS1. A slug managed to get into my Hive receiver and shorted all the electrics. LS1 managed to get an engineer out to me same day and got the heating back on. I ordered the replacement part and they came and installed it for me. Everyone involved was a pure delight to talk and work with.

I got quotes from 3 other companies before choosing LS1. Not only were they the cheapest for a Worcester-Bosch, they were also the most professional in dealing with all my enquiries.
The office staff were brilliant, always friendly and professional and contacted me when they said they would with the information I needed.

After installation, they visited a few times at my request to sort out some minor issues. Even now, in November 2018, they are always ready to visit at short notice for no charge if I need help with anything. From initial web quite, to sales services, to making sure someone was there on time, to the work, the cleanliness and after sales support there is absolutely nothing to fault. Nada. Even helped me work around my schedule. Looked for ways to get the thing installed in the shortest time possible (I was very lucky to have this done within 2 days of initial call). I will be using them for servicing and recommending others. That and I have found out that their standard boiler is top of the line.

My old boiler needed replacing and after 2 evaluations from another service provider we were informed that it would be impossible to take out the old unit and install a new one without having to redo my kitchen essentially.
Reached out to LS1 after coming across them through online research and also because LS1 was listed as a certified service provider from the company who makes the boiler brand I wanted to install. I wanted LS1 to take a look at our situation just to have another opinion.
Thank goodness I did because Wayne and Andy, the engineers who came to inspect our place, were 99% confident they would be able to do the job and it was all done in 1 day and without much fuss. Even the onsite installation guys and Tracey from the customer service team were so friendly and professional to deal with at every stage.
Without hesitation, I would say the best experience so far dealing with companies whom normally would be so corporate and come across as sales people trying to sell you an overpriced service just to meet their targets. Don't get me wrong, they have a job to do but it was the complete honest and transparency approach that the team from LS1 provided that is making me want to take time and write this review. Most importantly, it is to also let people know there are trustworthy and reliable companies out there.

Definitely did not expect to hear back that night, and possibly not until Monday. They responded at 11:10 p.m., and an engineer was at our house the next morning. Indy Floré (Senior Manager) has been excellent working with me during the Sales process (from Proposal to Installation planning). We used Whatsapp to keep the communication flow and it made the process so easy.
Regarding the installation, LS1 Boilers arrived on site as planned. They performed the job and left the place as cleaned as they found it.

Sarah, Wayne, Reece and the team made a nightmare week a lot better - from a phone call on Thursday night (and a visit later that evening to size the job) to a fully functional boiler on Saturday afternoon. I. C.I cannot recommend LS1 highly enough. From start to finish, they have been an absolute joy.
Last Saturday afternoon I called the office and left a message, then after a short while I had a call from a lovely lady called Sarah.
She kindly organised a survey on the Tuesday of this week. Lee was very pleasant and was not pushy whatsoever.
And by Thursday evening, I had a brand new boiler! The radiators are much hotter than they ever have been. I also had three thermostatic radiator valves fitted and also have a Hive controller that regulates the heating and hot water from the gadget itself or from my phone, or Google Home, or Alexa! I'm absolutely over the moon with everything.
They have been so professional and kept me in touch all throughout and didn't mind all my silly questions I asked.
On the day of the job, two lovely guys, Kevin and Dwayne turned up just before 8am, and they work solidly 'til gone 4pm.They never stopped to even take a drink while they were working. They just took a short time to go out and have lunch. I would say maximum 30 minutes no more than that. But they worked their butts off. They were very friendly and very cooperative, explained the work that they did whilst being very neat and tidy. They put down dust sheets and some kind of adhesive protective sheeting down the staircase. And at the end of the day they hoovered up and left the place as they found it.
I am so glad I went with this company, because I know I can rely on them in future to do my yearly visits and services and their prices are very competitive. I love that all the paperwork too gets sent by email in a very timely fashion.
If I have one complaint, it is that I am now far too warm (only joking! 😂)
I can imagine this is going to bring down the price of my gas bill because I only need to turn on my radiators for a short time now and the whole flat heats up really quickly.
I dealt mainly with Sarah in the office, and I enjoyed our chats, she was a joy.
I also spoke to a lady called Tracy and she was also very friendly and very informative.
Anyone contemplating having a new boiler fitted, please don't hesitate to go with this company as you will not be disappointed. I certainly am not and you will be in very safe hands.
You won't come up against any nasty surprises or hidden charges either.
If only all companies were as competent and professional as these guys, life would be far more simpler!

About an hour or two later a surveyor arrived and adjusted the estimate based on the site requirements. The boiler was replaced the following day by Jordan and Dwayne who were quiet, professional, hard working and very tidy workers. They definitely merit their diamond assured award from Worcester Bosch which brings added warranty to the boiler. Huge thanks to LSI boilers.

They came round to do a recce and were happy to go along with our slightly eccentric pipework, and installed a new boiler within a week or two at a price significantly lower than British Gas, even with the "sign now" discount nonsense offered by British Gas. The engineer was efficient and the office staff provided good back up for the certification paperwork. I felt they had done a reliable job, so annual servicing should be straightforward.

It would have been two days, had not the first engineer had a last minute family problem. Your engineer completed the job in six hours, even though he had to wait for almost an hour before the boiler was delivered by another firm. And not least, you were cheapest. One general negative. There were too many requests by each company to return phone calls and repeat basic information before the deal was agreed.

A. M.Emergency situation with no hot water due to a broken boiler that was estimated too expensive to repair. Called LS1 on a Saturday, whereupon an appointment was made for Monday morning. Later I get a call to say the service manager, Lee, can fit me in on the same day. He makes it over at 6pm, on a Saturday evening (dedication to the cause!). He sends his survey to the same girl (Sarah) who helped get me the same day appointment. She calls me the same night before cooking her kids their dinner, and talks me through the quote. The details of the quote by the way, beat BG's on every count. So I accepted the quote, and paid the deposit over the phone. Sarah arranges the installation for first thing Monday morning. Kevin arrives first thing and doesn't take a break all day until the installation is done. The follow up call to make sure everything was to my satisfaction came in within a couple of hours too. What can I say? I wish all tradesmen experiences would be just like this. Five stars and more for Sarah, Lee, Kevin, and I would imagine all the staff at LS1. My wife and I are planning to cancel our BG homecare agreement and just trust LS1 to look after our home from now on.
