Ed and team came to install a new boiler a few months back and I've been meaning to leave a review ever since because they were so great. Worked all day and didn't leave us until everything was working. They are more than happy to stay in touch if there's any follow ups too which is great.

Hired Master Gas to fit a new boiler. Out of 5 different engineers, Tam was heads and shoulders above the rest. Did a full inspection of the property, gave the best advice and provided a solution that was the best value for money. Ed came to fit the thermostat and provided us with a full explanation of how the system works in a way that a layman could understand. You can really tell that this team take pride in their work and actually care about their customers. Hard to find these days. Would highly recommend.

I had a fault with my boiler and was prepared to be told it needed to be replaced based on its age and effeciency. Ed and Tam came and conducted a thorough investigation and arrived at a method to resolve the issue, ordered some parts, came back and installed them and flushed my heating system. They could have just changed the boiler as it would have been easier, but they resolved the problem at a fraction of the cost. 10 months on and I have had no issues since. They were friendly, professional, and provided a truly reliable service. I will forever be grateful for their honest work, and highly recommend their services.

Master Gas replaced all the radiators in my house. They were professional from start to finish, kept in contact and straightforward to deal with. They worked late into the evening to finish and tested all the radiators worked as they should before leaving. Fantastic company, a professional fully qualified team with time to advise and educate on the topic. I was due a new boiler so i got a few quotes. I called Master Gas to get a quote for a replacement boiler, as my existing appliance was faulting. A number of different options were quickly provided, and Tam made a recommendation which was good value for money so I decided to go ahead with it. The Master Gas engineers arrived on time and were very professional. I was working from home at the time and they were very considerate, always knocking if they needed to come into the room I was in and keeping noise to a minimum. Ed explained the new setup and thermostat to me in a way which was easy to understand. I had to leave before the install was finished and felt comfortable leaving the engineers in my flat. Unfortunately through no fault of their own an extra job needed doing (pipe rerouting) - Ed called me to talk me through it and promptly provided a very reasonable quote for the additional service which was much less than I was expecting. The engineers stayed until past 11pm to get this done on the same day and did an amazing tidy up job at the end so the kitchen was completely clean and back to how I'd left it. Overall I highly recommend Master Gas, technically knowledgable, honest, reliable and a big tick for a personable and customer-focused service and going the extra mile!

Master Gas removed two old gas fires from my house (including an old grill/bar style fire from the 1970s) as they were potentially dangerous and beyond servicing. An excellent job was done, on time and within the timeframe promised, for a really good price. All rubbish was cleared away at the end and you would barely know the fires were there in the first place. I'm trying to think of some downsides, for the sake of balance, but genuinely can't think of any. Very impressed and will be going back to them for all my gas heating, repair and maintenance needs in future. Highly recommended.

From beginning to end, the guys were first rate. Everything they said they would do, they did and completed to an exceptionally high standard. They were communicative and made sure everything was explained thoroughly. They didn't leave until WE were happy. We had moved into a property in 2019 and as the boiler was around 20-30 years old, thought to get this assessed along with a quote for a new boiler as we had no thermostat and wanted to explore smart options. Ed came round for the assessment / inspection and (even though it was our house!) made us feel at ease and at home at all stages of the inspection. He was very informative and thorough in his work and we greatly valued his application of effort in our property. A short period later we recevied a quotation that we were happy with and proceeded with the installation. Tam and Ed both came to undertake the project and where in some cases you feel a bit put out by having builders / tradesmen etc. in your home, with these two it genuinely felt like family friends coming round to do the work. The plaster behind the boiler crumbled and it added a bit of time to the work but they didn't complain, instead explaining the situation and providing us with options of how to proceed. Long story short, they installed the new boiler, installed the thermostat, showed us how to operate both and cleaned the kitchen where the boiler was housed whilst keeping us informed at every stage. Even with the complication, where others may have left for the evening leaving us without hot water (as was the case with our friends several weeks earlier) these guys stayed until the end and didn't leave our house until the 9pm mark. To say we are thankful and thrilled at the quality of the work is an understatement and I will not hesitate at ALL to recommend these guys for any boiler / gas related work going forward, to anyone. Thank you.

Ed came to fix a leaking boiler. When he found the boiler was still in warranty he called the manufacturer to replace the parts for free, and on top of this he didn't charge for his time. Very helpful and great customer service.
