we've used N4 Gas on numerous occasions over 15 years and they have always been professional, honest, timely and courteous. An example - We have had an instance in a rented place where the land lords 'heating specialist' could not work out an issue and we got N4Gas in and they solved the issue. You get what you pay for.

We wanted to thank Dan Mitchell & the N4 gas team, for such an AMAZING service! It was such a pleasure to meet Dan, He arrived on time, was polite, friendly and did such a great job servicing and testing our boiler and gas appliances.. He made sure that everything was back in its place, keeping everything nice and tidy. We really appreciated the time that he took to make sure that everything was working correctly and the knowledge that he shared about our boiler and future advice. I cannot fault the service we received from N4. Prior to commissioning N4, we had a hatchet job carried out by someone else on our heating and hot water controls and associated wiring, leaving us with no hot water. The only way the heating was working was because the electrician by-passed one of the circuits to force it on! And our faulty twin-channel controller was replaced by a working single-channel controller - hence no hot water. So I rang N4 who had been recommended to me and they sent an engineer (Dan Mitchell) in less than 40 minutes with a new controller in hand. He was extremely professional and explained every step of the way what he was doing, as he tried to unpick the dreadful wiring we had. The upshot is that we had our heating and hot water returned in just over an hour, some functioning controls installed and compliant wiring again! And with a toddler needing constant washing, this was a godsend. So, thank you Dan and N4 for your swift, friendly and professional service. Hugely appreciated!

Really nice company to do business with, they are small and can be a bit disorganised at times, however they are clearly trying and I have never been let down by the skills offered up by their engineers. Have used them several times for 3 of my properties for the past 5 years and never had any major issues. Appointments can be a bit frustrating to organise, however I blame this on their popularity and size. I regularly see chris and dan in the area and they always recognise me and say hi... I like the personal approach they offer and highly recommend them.
