Lee is a fab heating engineer, arrived on time and did a great job installing a new radiator for a reasonable price. He’s well experienced, polite and friendly. 100% recommended. I will definitely be requesting his services again.

The best plumber you will ever meet! Lee was absolutely amazing! He was friendly, organised knowledgeable and easy to get hold of. It was obvious from the beginning that Lee has a high level of professionalism and was going to be proactive and reliable. He really cares! He instilled confidence with everything he did, communicated very clearly, explaining what had gone wrong and even checked in a few days later that things were working well and sorted. He also drove miles to pick up a part for me and told me that not fixing things for people literally keeps him up at night! The only plumber you should call!!

My sister referred Lee when we have a heating issue and he was so good. we had always had a problem with our heating in our home, and we had just had a new born baby and our house heating was just not working correctly and had been concerned that it wasn’t good for our new born. He was able to fix the problem the same day and made sure if we need any other help we could contact him at any time. I highly recommended Lee to anyone who has any heating issues, we also found his prices had been really fair compared to some of the other quotes we had got will definitely use again if we have any other problems. Lee serviced my gas appliances and provided advice and a gas safety certificate. Also fixed a leak in a pipe and stabilised wobbly kitchen tap. Lee was competent, professional, gave great attention to detail, completed jobs as agreed and I was happy with the amount he charged. Excellent. Would use again.

My heating hadn't worked for over a year. I had various people come out to look at it, but none could get it working. Called North One, they came out, diagnosed the issue and were able to tell me upfront of the parts needed, the cost and how long it would take to fix. After the parts were obtained they came back, installed the parts and had my heating back up and running within an hour. They tidied up after themselves and even advised me of common causes of the issues I'd had with my boiler and things to look out for in the future. Very happy and can't recommend them enough! A++ service.
