d. b.Called with a combi boiler problem. Engineer fixed it in 30 seconds (I'd failed to turn a tap back on...) and refused any payment. I was expecting a call out charge at least. I've been going to this firm for over 20 years and they always impress.

S.What a great firm 1.40pm and the door bell goes Two stonking great guys at the door (well one stonking and one slighty older and in control), show them through to the kitchen, to where I have a defunct Cannon cooker. Twenty five minutes later job done, new part fitted, cooker totally checked out and there away out the front door. Great job guys, many thanks.
