Fantastic team of plumbers and engineers, these guys came in at 1/3 of the price of some of the big name plumbers out there (British Gas/VIllage Heating), and were able to start immediately and were professional, polite and courteous. I specifically got an electric boiler installed and they made sure everything was up and running and even came back again to double check. These guys saved the day! I found my boiler had failed the day before and although I didn't live in the London area, Jiri agreed to go out of his way to get me a boiler fitted the next day. I sent sent a few photos of the existing boiler and flue & received a professional quote -which beat local quotes hands down. I was told the plumber would come especially the next day to fit it. Alex turned up and just got on with the job! Very polite and friendly, explained everything as he went along. He showed me how everything worked, Jiri then called to ensure I was happy. Excellent! Just had boiler fitted by Smartheat. I called them on Monday afternoon and they fitted new boiler on Wednesday. They fitted an Ideal combi boiler with 5 years warranty for £1200. Alex, the installation engineer was friendly and the service was over all good. I will use them again. Thank you again

Called Smartheat at 16:00 to look at a broken down boiler and engineer Jiri appeared within 10 minutes diagnosed the problem and had the replacement part fitted by12:00 the following day.
