The services of this company are fantastic. The engineer named JAY is dogged and did a great job of the power flush of the seven radiators. The central heating system is working very well at the apartment. Also the customer and billing service is great - because my credit cards were accepted for the two payments - initial and final. The power flush company is - a highly recommended company. Simply marvellous.

Excellent value for money. After the powerflush, I realised that my radiators no longer needed to be balanced - I could open all the valves fully and all the radiators remained hot. Also, I noticed how much more silent the boiler was. I am very pleased and the price was very competitive. Something else worth noting is that the gentleman who did the powerflush noticed that there was a blockage in one of the radiators, so he worked on this for a while until it was clear - I appreciated that very much.

Wow! what can I say? - I am sitting here writing this review wearing a T-shirt, as my radiators are so blasting hot! Mikaeel arrived within 5 mins of the scheduled time and worked all day without a break, or even a cup of tea. The power flush was a lot more complicated than he, or I, had anticipated (our plumbing is not standard plumbing) but he was completely undeterred. He literally left no option unexplored, including using a piece of coat hanger and a wet and dry vac to dislodge built up debris. If I had not seen it, I would not have believed the efforts he went to, to sort out our heating. There is one area that was/is still not working, but at 8pm, I told him to go home and tackle it another time. He has been in touch since, and reminded me that he is ready to come back and finish the last area of radiator gunk. In the mean time, the rest of our home is warmer than ever, which is great with energy prices soaring. Plus - he was a really nice guy, not at all patronising to me as a female client and kept me informed of everything he was doing throughout the day.
