We recently had 3 units installed in our house. Thermacool were an amazing company that offered a competitive price and excellent service . We had previously had the house renovated and didn't want to have any damage to new walls and ceilings etc. They did a fantastic job and once they had finished you would not have know they had even been here. The guys that installed the units were absolutely lovely, polite incredibly tidy and very considerate of our us and our home. They also colour matched the kitchen unit so it blends in with the wall and is not so obvious. A truly amazing job!

Best craftmanship and professional attitude from a contracting firm. Large, 4 internal unit + 2 external retrofit in a block of flats. Complicated and messy plasterboard work, routing through celcon blocks etc. Guys worked tirelessly and with a great attitude - clearly had pride in their work. Clear on arrival they knew their stuff. Finish was immaculate considering the property looked like a bomb site for a while. Can't recommend enough. Not cheap but the flat has been transformed. Scott and Craig are the best in the business. Lawrence and James did a great job through the quote process in difficult circumstances (backlog of getting hold of kit etc.). Worth every penny.

Great service from start to finish. James was friendly, helpful and informative on the phone. Then Scott and his team were prompt, quick and efficient, installing 2 air conditioner on 2 floors in less than a day. And they found time to play with our dog! Great experience, would definitely recommend to others.

Top class service We are more than happy with the service we received. Lawrence is very knowledgable, having many years experience. Scott, Derek and Allen are excellent onsite engineers and James in the office is helpful. They left no mess. All pipes are hidden, quality units supplied and costs were competitive. They did exactly what they said they would do. Highly recommend!

Two air conditioning units were fitted quickly and their workmanship was done efficiently and everything was left clean and tidy. Careful planning by a great company to work with. Very professional work during the 4 days of the installation. Everything went smoothly, the engineers always left the place clean. Painters will not even be needed, the walls were left in a good condition. It’s obvious that company the employees love what they do. Great job Scott, Derek, Lawrence and James!
