Really impressed. Our previous plumber retired and Dave was recommended to us by my dad. Boiler service was booked in and completed with no fuss. He even managed to fix a radiator in 5 minutes that hasn't worked in ages. Wouldn't hesitate to recommend.

We had our boiler replaced by Dave recently after our last boiler broke down. The communication was excellent throughout, we were given detailed quotes for both repair of the existing boiler and replacement to a new system. We were given time to discuss these options at length and I feel that our questions and concerns were dealt with professionally. The installation of the new boiler was quick and efficient and the site was left very tidy. Prices were competitive and aftercare has been excellent. Dave took time out to set up our new thermostat and explain all the workings of the system. Overall a very friendly, pleasant experience. Dave replaced our boiler, radiators and installed a nest learning thermostat for us in June 17. He is incredibly professional, punctual and hard working. His advice regarding replacing our old system was invaluable and his work was to a very high standard. He also cleaned up after himself. 2 months later when I messed around with the thermostat wiring he helped me solve the issue over the phone in minutes. We would recommend Dave without hesitation.

Just had our heating system replaced by Dave and Pete and really cannot thank them enough. At quotation stage suggestions were made about the boiler and radiators which had saved us money, unlike other companies. Work was completed on time and felt like an easy process for us. I needed a new boiler installing and it was done today by Gregson & Son. I know almost nothing about this kind of thing, but they were able to talk me though the options and help with the decision. They arrived bang on time and did a fantastic job removing the old one and installing the new one. They ran me though how to use it and I can already feel the difference. Not a trace of mess left behind either - couldn't be happier! Highly recommended.

Dave came round within the hour when my boiler started leaking. The heat exchanger had failed, so a new boiler was needed. Dave stopped the leak in the meantime. He was quick to send a quote for a new boiler and gave me a choice of 3 different models. The job was done cleanly and efficiently. When we rented a house Gregson and Son always came out to fix our boiler and were great so when we moved of course we wanted to continue using them. Dave Gregson has always been friendly and personable. He knows his stuff and always gives extra tips and advice explaining things as he goes. Today I’ve rang him at 4.57pm as the boiler wasn’t working and it’s thick in snow outside and below freezing. He answered and managed to give me advice over the phone so I could fix it and now we have heating again - phew! Will continue to use Gregson and Son as long as we live in the area.

Came highly recommended by my daughter and her boss: they were right. Can't rate the service highly enough, and easily the best tradesperson I have ever dealt with - and some have been pretty good. Astonishing expertise and experience for a young man. Attention to detail punctilious, and nothing too much trouble. Was prepared to travel from Manchester to Wolverhampton in appalling weather and awful traffic in order to carry out the work. Even went out to get unforeseen replacement parts mate necessary by botched work of previous plumber. Price for the job reasonable too - would have paid more.
