Very impressed with Nationwide Heating. The Pump failed on my Worcester Bosch boiler. I had Home Emergency cover with my bank so the first £250 was covered by Halifax, the 1st company they booked had terrible reviews on Google (2.3*) so I told Halifax they are not stepping foot in my house so they offered Nationwide instead and I’m so glad they did. I am only off on a Wednesday and they offered me an appointment from 8-5pm. As Wednesday is my only day off I didn’t set my alarm and I am sorry to say I missed the installer as he arrived at 08:25 , totally my fault but Adam was a legend and was polite and booked him to revisit later that day
The next day Molly called me to say the pump my boiler needed was in stock, it was fitted the next day. I now have hot water again.
The filter was really polite too, but I didn’t remember his name. I work in a customer service industry and I was more that impressed with all the staff I dealt with in this company.

I noticed a water leak in the boiler at 12.30 today sunday I phoned the people who I have cover with and they sent nationwide heating Manchester by 13.30 john had fixed it and on his way home. Great service and response.

Although you had to cancel on Sunday and promised you would
be here on Monday, I was dissapointed
However the receptionist asked me to call back on Monday morning
and she woulld give me a time for the visit and sure enough the engineer
came slightly before expected and set to work, he was extremely helpful and polite.
He told me he had only joined your company recently and i would like you to thank him and the receptionist for their kindness and the way they treated me. as I am in my 80's he treated me with respect and didn't talk down to me as some do.

Rod was really helpful and friendly over the phone and in person when he came to install our Nest thermostat. Unfortunately our heating system required a specialist and he was unable to install it for us but he was very professional throughout. I’m sure if we’d had a more straightforward install then he would have done a good job.

Did not visit, their boiler engineer came to me..very thorough, got on with the job. Place lost a star because came outside time window I was given (8am to 13.00) and I had to ring them to check guy (Dominic) still coming. I'm retired but if I was working I would have lost full day not just half day.

Rod came on time and installed the Nest thermostat with no problems at all. Also provided some useful advice on one of our radiators. Very happy to recommend.
