Adam was great, he diagnosed the problem with my leaking boiler over the phone and was able to fit us in quite quickly to come and take a look at it. He explained clearly everything he was going to do and replaced the cracked part quickly and cleanly - would highly recommend Adam for the quality of his work and helpfulness

What an amazing job Adam from APC Heating has done while certifying our Boiler and heating system. Adams experience and knowledge lead him to quickly find a slowly perishing component, which if left would have led to issues in the near future. Adam was contracted to certify our heating system but while he was there, he was able to help diagnose and fix an unrelated issue with the heating system. After a smell of gas in the kitchen, SGN cut off our gas and advised there must be some kind of internal leak. We really struggled getting hold of anyone that could come to look for over a week. Adam was quick to respond and advised he wouldn't be available for a few days, he booked us in and advised it was fine if we cancelled. No-one else got back to us. Adam arrived promptly and was quick to get to work. He was really knowledgeable and keen for me to see and understand what he was doing. It turned out SGN were wrong there was nothing wrong with the internal pipes or boiler. We are so so grateful for Adam coming to our rescue! Adam provides an amazing service, and definitely puts his customers first, unlike a lot of specialists (he didn't even judge me for the state our house is in currently, messy is an understatement). I will only be using Adam in the future and wish I'd found him sooner.
