I can’t praise EnviroVent and Anthony Hunter more highly for their product, service and expertise. We had our EnviroVent fitted after moving into our new bungalow which we soon discovered suffered from condensation. All the houses and bungalows in our vicinity suffer the same problem and our new neighbours were quick to tell us about EnviroVent. My wife and I decided to try one and we’ve never looked back. The impact was almost immediate. Within two days we noticed the difference and by the end of the week we were totally free of condensation. 100%, completely gone. It’s the best investment we’ve ever made, worth EVERY penny and then some. My wife and I would never be without it, it’s that good. We don’t even notice it, it’s super quiet, installation was so quick and clean, it’s very unobtrusive and so easy to control with the remote. The difference this system has made is incredible! Before, it was fitted, we had black mould around most of the windows and on the ceiling and walls. Clothes would smell in the drawers! After 5 years it had virtually gone completely. We recently had the system serviced, and engineer was really great. He reminded us of the functions on the remote and gave us advice on getting the best from the system. He was very professional, arrived on time, wore PPE, showed ID, on arrival and kept the work areas clean. We would definitely recommend the EnviroVent system.

Seemed quite expensive at the time for a service visit but the engineer spent time explaining what he was doing, and why, and felt happier knowing it would be guaranteed for a further period of time. I have had PIV and bathroom extractor for 8 years now. I have had no problems with them. Two services (mainly clean units and replace filters) and as good as new. It does make a huge difference to condensation levels in the house. It is not the cheapest, but it is the best.

We had Envirovent out in early December 2021 to install a system in our cottage. So far far so good. It's an 18th century stone built house that had problems with condensation and mould. We were skeptical and weren't sure what to expect. It didn't seem possible it could make much of a difference. It has. It's winter, we have single glazing and used to have to hoover the windows every morning. They were always dripping. We haven't had to this at all since Envirovent came. They came on time, didn't take as long as we thought and wore masks the whole time. The humidity is far lower now than it's ever been. At times, it had been 90%. It was regularly about 70. It's now at the recommended level. The house feels fresher and warmer. We've stopped putting on an extractor fan at night before bed, in an attempt to keep the humidity down. It's not necessary. We're amazed by the difference, the product has exceeded expectations. It just works. We would definitely use the company again.

From first contacting Environment they have been helpful, courteous and concerned that my problem with a broken heat-exchanger should be fully solved. They took particular care that the property was kept clean. From Start to finish, the surveyor and the workmen installing the equipment it was a good experience. The surveyor Anthony was very professional, informative and answered any questions I was unsure about, and the estimates were well laid out and precise, with various options to choose from. The workmen were very tidy and friendly, and any mess during the job was negligible which was quite something considering they were drilling through a triple brick wall.

The team came and fitted the vent in our loft and hallway, and explained fully the process for operating it, as well as its benefits. Having downsized to a bungalow 5 years ago we quickly discovered that there was a air circulation problem as the kitchen window was totally covered in condensation each morning and the cill was awash with water. Shortly after this patches of mould appeared on the walls. Within days of the installation the condensation problem was cured The fan has been operating constantly on the “trickle” setting and now 5 years on we have had our first service since installation and all was good. A friendly knowledgeable chap who meticulously observed the Company’s Covid rules and provided me with the necessary information about the service procedure. I was informed of the updates to their product range for future consideration and also about a fire prevention method to apply to the partition loft wall of our Semi-detached home, which I will follow through on. Very happy with the equipment. It does what it's supposed to . After 5 years from installation, we took up the offer of a 2-year extension on the warranty, including a full service of the equipment. Pleased with servicing of the equipment and happy to have a further warranty but the cost of the warranty extension was very expensive.

I would definitely recommend Envirovent to anyone experiencing problems with condensation and mould. The company's name was given to me by a damp specialist, because my bedroom & bathroom walls were covered with black mould spots and all my house windows suffered with condensation. EnviroVent representative Anthony Hunter, a very pleasant & efficient gentleman, came to inspect my home and I decided to have one of their units installed. Within a month my windows had stopped streaming with condensation and the black mouldy spots did not reappear. When I moved home into a newly renovated bungalow that had developed damp patches along the skirting boards I straight away phoned the company. Within a month they had it all sorted. All the problems with damp and condensation have disappeared, plus more steamed up windows

We had a loft filter unit installed five years ago as we had lits of condensation and mould in the main bedroom. We were amazing that this unit cleared the problem straight away. The engineer has just carried iut the five year service and replaced the filter. The unit continues to work as good as the day it was installed. A first class product from a first class company. The staff are always friendly professional and informative. I cannot thank them enough. Service engineer was really helpful and showed me the old filter her replaced and give tips and advice on how to get the bezt out of my unit.

I have lived in my home for 30 years and I have always been troubled with excessive condensation causing mould and water damage in every room. Water levels in the air peaked at 83% saturation at its highest and never went lower than 65% in every room despite having a dehumidifier running constantly extracting 5 litres of water each day. A passing comment by my brother led me to Envirovent. A quick phone call and two weeks later an Atmos Ventilation unit was fitted I began to notice improvements straight away with condensation completely removed from window within 3 days of installation. The unit has been in place for 2 weeks now and moisture levels have dropped dramatically throughout the house. A meter in the sitting room now shows a level of 19% and the kitchen 40%. I am impressed with the system as I have been told that I would see improvements within a couple of months and was not expecting such a significant improvement in such a short space of time. From start to finish, from the initial survey to installation the staff have been pleasant and knowledgeable. The installation itself was completed mess free by very pleasant staff. Altogether full marks.

what a service had the loft fan put into my bungalow due to build up of condensation on the windows and some mould on inner wall. brilliant had no problems since , you get what you pay for ,this is worth every penny. i also had an extractor fan fitted in my bathroom , had after a year a problem with the fan motor, rang the company excellent service , good polite customer care. they rang me back still under guarantee and will call to fix the problem. what more can you ask for , highly recommend this company

For 2 years we have suffered bad condensation on our bungalow windows, causing mould spores to form on several internal walls. Every day from November to April I had to use a window vac to remove the water. I asked a neighbour if they suffered the same and they told me about Envirovent. I made an appointment for a mould inspection and was relieved to find it was not rising damp on the walls but purely the condensation. The rep Anthony was so informative and not at all pushy. We ordered the main extractor that neatly fits into the hall ceiling. This exchanges the air and removes damp. We also ordered an extractor for the bathroom as ours was not doing the job. As the firm had been recommended to us we had no hesitation in paying half as a deposit. A week later, Danny the electrician came along and fitted both gadgets. Very polite, helpful and professional. Both guys were excellent and wore masks whilst in our property due to Covid. Within an hour of fitting the air in the bungalow seemed fresher without feeling colder. The bathroom now extracts steam brilliantly and I have not seen any sign of condensation yet and believe me, I check every morning. We are now in November and all I can say is that my windows would normally have been running with condensation BUT so far so good. I have faith in this company that this product has solved the condensation and mould problem. In fact I have no hesitation in recommending Envirovent.

Initially I was a bit sceptical about Envirovent being able to solve our damp/humididty/condensation problem. I only wish it had been the first thing we had done when we moved in 18 months ago! We had poor ventilation in general. Wet and rotten joists under the floorboards and furniture going mouldy! Our builder did the remedial work including tanking out, replacing the floorboards and replacing joists, and skirting boards. We also had thermal wallboard put on two very cold walls. After making an initial enquiry a home survey was booked. There is absolutely no hard sell at all. Just good honest advice and some technical explanations if you're interested. No pressure to order and we had been advised of the best system for our needs. We didn't have to wait too long for installation. The fitters are professional and polite and nothing is too much trouble. Exceptionally clean and tidy too. We had a small hiccup of our unit not working but it was replaced immediately during the installation. The unit is in the eves of our converted attic and we can't hear it at all. We had a bathroom fan installed at the same time and we are only aware of air trickle while we are actually in there. We noticed the difference in our air quality almost immediately. It can take a few days for the system to settle. The musty mysterious odours have all disappeared and the air feels fresher and lighter in general. I would definitely say give it go and save yourself further problems further down the line.

We had a condensation/damp problem at our rental property when a new tenant family moved in last November. I called EnviroVent for some advice and estimate to solve the problem. Anthony Hunter arrived to inspect the problem and gave us his recommendations. I found Anthony very knowledgeable, helpful and pleasant to deal with! The solution of a PIV Ventilation Unit with a 10 year Warranty was his diagnosis which, although not a cheap solution, was the correct advice as it cleared up the damp and mould within a few weeks and pacified the tenants who have now settled happily into the property as a result! The cyclone 7 unit works very well in reducing the amount of condensation in the kitchen but does not fully resolve all my issues - still have some condensation forming on the kitchen window (but not as much!). In terms of cooking, it quickly removes steam from the kitchen area and works much better than any cooker hood. Product good but found it quite expensive

We have had the Envirovent fan installed in the loft for five years now and it has eradicated all signs of damp in our bungalow. There is no more musty smells on clothing or evidence of mould anywhere. It is very quiet and we hardly notice it running. I have had to replace the exterior filter which was an easy if not inexpensive job but otherwise no problems have occurred with the unit. I would certainly recommend it's instalation if you have damp problems.

After suffering with Mould due to condensation for many years and no amount of painting or cleaning products could shift it I was at a complete loss of what to do, so I searched google yet again for a solution and up popped EnviroVent I had a look and started to feel hopeful, the reviews were brilliant so on a whim I arranged for a condensation survey to be done. When Anthony Hunter came to do the survey he was highly professional and informative taking readings from the property to measure the moisture in the air. He didn’t even have to sell it to me to be honest I was already sold after reading the reviews. We got the atmos for flats and the cyclone 7 installed yesterday, the installer Dan was friendly and professional explaining what he was doing when I came to be nosy, he made sure he kept areas tidy and cleaned as he went the work only took about 6 hours and the difference is amazing. Last night the property felt warmer and this morning I inspected all the windows and they weren’t streaming like they usually are they were dry! When my partner had his shower this morning the cyclone done a great job in keeping moisture levels down and there’s a boost button should it ever be needed. I want to say thank you Anthony, Dan and envirovent you have actually made me feel hopeful that I can love our home, once the Moulds all gone in a month or so I can decorate again happy in the knowledge of no more damaged furniture or soft furnishings. Brilliant company is. All fitted quickly. We had really bad damp, mould and condensation . After having an envirovent loft machine put in we seen a massive difference straight away. Our son who suffers from asthma was very chesty. He had mould in his bedroom. I did try other ways to get rid of the mould. Bleaching walls and using anti mould paint, keeping the windows open etc. It would not go away. Until the envirovent machine was put in. Best money we've ever spent . My sons asthma is lots better now. He has no mould in the bedroom. He hardly uses his inhaler now. I very happy with this product. 😀😀😀

I've literally seen 100+ properties with mould and condensation and I've met people who got ill from it. I have seen first hand what Envirovent can do and how they solve it. Their magic box in the attic is such a fantastic product with no sound. Slightly closer hallway but its worth it to have zero mould and zero condensation anywhere.
