Over 14 years and many different engineers. David, the engineer with Gas Angel. Has solved an issue regarding water heating and pressure during the service that no other has. Avery very professional service. I recommend Gas Angel with the greatest of confidence without reservation.well done

Our heating stopped working on Monday evening. I called Gas Angel and received over the phone help to try and fix / diagnose problem. Although this didn't work, Dave organised a visit from an engineer within two days. They came, diagnosed a problem really quickly and went under the floorboards to fix a pipe problem - really polite and courteous too. Will definitely use again

Our combi boiler started losing pressure. Gas Angel responded promptly and although they were unable to effect an immediate repair, parts were ordered quickly and normal service was resumed within a couple of days. Gas Angel repair man came out exactly when they said he would. Dave did a sterling job. Within 5 mins he had figured out exactly what was wrong, within 20 mins had it up and running. Quick and impressive. Will use again and highly recommend. Also way cheaper than I thought it would be.

Gas Angels have been brilliant, originally coming to my aid after I was let down by another company a couple of days before supposedly having a new boiler fitted. They made a fantastic job of it, very professional while remaining friendly and very clean and tidy. I now have a maintenance plan with them, nice knowing if something goes wrong they are just a phone call away and they remind me when my boiler needs servicing. I would have no problem recommending them.

Since I bought my first home, I have had a Gas Angel Engineer here at least once a month (first time buyer teething issues). The professionalism, knowledge and efficiency of each engineer I’ve met is outstanding. I recently had a Hive portal fitted on recommendation of the team and the engineer was so patient with me when talking me through use. On top of all this, the sales team have been kind enough to send me a free Amazon voucher which was intended for new customers, despite me joining their cover last year. I must also give a special shout out to Natasha in their support team, who by now will probably be sick of the sight of my emails. She is an absolute pleasure to talk to and her customer service skills are second to none. Can’t rate this company highly enough!

We used Gas Angel to remove an old boiler and install a new system to the loft. I was very happy with the time Dave took to explain how the job would be performed and explore our options. When installation day came I was impressed to see carpet protectors laid and all the debris cleaned up after the job was complete. We've since had Dave back to complete the annual service, everything has been working perfectly. I'm happy to recommend and we will be using Gas Angel for future properties too.

Always prompt, gives updates as to likely arrival time and has on several occasions fit us in at short notice when we have been without heating/needed a quick job. He has also always been very honest about the options available, and rather than recommend the most expensive option of repairs/parts replacement, have encouraged what will be best, and better value for us. We are regular, repeat customers for good reason!

Many thanks to Dave for sorting out my boiler and shower. The boiler was a difficult job but Dave sorted it out despite taking much longer than he thought. this was due to a problem with the previous installation by another company. Dave also sorted out my shower which was running luke warm. He did this at no extra charge. This was over and beyond what I would have expected. I've already recommended Gas Angel to some of my friends and they have been very pleased with the work.

I dont normally bother writing reviews, but feel that people should know about this little gem i have come across, Gas Angel installed a gas fire for me , they were puntctual, very professional and friendly. After the fire was installed they also had a look at my boiler without charge and even repaired a floorboard that a previous tradesmen didnt bother putting down properly. Highly reccomended .
