It was so good to find by chance this very professional heating engineer Steve. My previous engineer repaired my system but it went off 3 days later and I had been without heating for over 5 weeks awaiting a response to re check. Also I was aware that my pressure valve was dripping water quite heavily and it wasnt mentioned in the repair by the previous engineer. By chance a very professional card from Steve was put through my door to say my pressure valve was leaking and an average cost was quoted to fix it should I require. I rang him and my heating was fully repaired and checked out within a few days and I was reassured everything was safe with my heating. Also anything he needed to move like shoe box etc was put back in same place. He was extremely polite and well mannered and got the job done and I will definitely keep his card. If anyone is looking for a heating engineer I would highly recommend Steve. Thanks for noticing my leaking valve and leaving your card.

I have used 'The Boiler Co North East' for various works on my property renovation. What separates this company from the rest is the level of professional, skill and reliability they provide compare to others in the region. Steve is very knowledgeable and honest in all aspects of the work he provides and is able to think of multiple solutions with regards to heating and plumbing works. Most recently I was let down by a different plumber and called Steve to help - he came out promptly and was able to sort out the mess left over by someone + do a fantastic job. He was also realistic with timescales to allow me to project manage more efficiently. I would strongly recommend Steve to other individuals and will definitely be using again in the future (thanks again) 😊 👍

Came out quickly gave me price for repair and price for new boiler went with new boiler, it was fitted within a week works perfect he has even added an app to my phone so I can control boiler from anywhere so impressed with service replied to every text message came when he said tidied up FIRST CLASS JOB and a nice lad very respectful
