Finding somebody you trust for major work can be a nightmare, which makes recommending Kat to anybody a real pleasure. She quoted to remove my living room located back boiler, and install a new combi boiler upstairs in the bathroom airing cupboard, three days work. Not only was the work completed on time, they worked tidily and without major disruption to the house. Not only that, the final bill was less than quoted after discovering an existing gas feed in the bathroom which she was able to use instead of running new pipework from the meter cupboard. If Kat hadn't said, I would have been none the wiser, the sign of somebody you can trust.

Many thanks to Kat and Charlie for a professional job done promptly and efficiently at a reasonable price. Very open, straight, honest and approachable, a breath of fresh air in the trade - others should follow their example. Boiler service identified a problem with the incoming gas supply that got sorted really quickly. A thorough and worthwhile job for us. Excellent service, came at short notice and did a great job to fit around flooring layers. Removed toilet, cleaned up & replaced worn out parts in cistern & reinstalled when flooring guys had finished. Highly recommended.
