i. t.I have had air conditioning fitted to my grade two listed building by S&J May .They designed a one off installation fitted in the roof space and ducted to the individual bedrooms , when in the roof space the engineer noticed a potential fire risk with the shrouds fitted by someone else to the down lights in the bathrooms ,they took it upon themselves to arrange for appropriate steel shrouds to be made and fitted .
The old shrouds were in fact made of plastic and were charred so a possible disaster averted.

The air conditioning is working very well indeed .
