Really friendly service, had my old unit removed which was fitted by a different air conditioning company in Northampton 9 years ago. had 2 brand new Mitsubishi units fitted. Will be having another 2 units fitted soon. A++ service

Kirk is such a great tradesmen with excellent skills at building customer rapport. I'm (really) selfishly don't want to write a good review just in case he becomes popular and I can't get hold of him next time I need his help. :) I had a problem with my boiler and but couldn't be resolved the same day. Despite his busy schedule he made time after picking up his kid from school to come to mine on his way home. He made me feel assured of the work carried out. His rates are probably the same as the going rate in Northampton but you do get the value for the level of customer service.

Absolutely blown away by Kirk, not only was he prompt professional and incredibly polite but he managed to rebuild a 1950s cooker that other people I'd asked for quotes were scared to touch. (probably because they didn't understand how the cooker works?) If I could give more than five stars I would, can't recommend highly enough a fair price (maybe even a little low) for a difficult job. Called out Kirk to advise on problems with bath/shower mixer unit and en-suite shower mixer unit, which seemed to be losing pressure. Items needed replacing, so he arranged to come back and fitted them, along with a new pop-up bath waste and two cistern float valves, all within 2 hours! Very professional and would definitely recommend him. I only rang him after seeing the positive reviews, but wasn't disappointed at all, so glad to add my review.

If you are looking for reliable, trustworthy and decent plumber Kirk is your guy! I have been looking for over a year for someone to replace my entire heating and water system, I had numerous companies / individuals given me outrages quotes and complaining how big is the job etc etc ... I got tired of people whining and telling me how bad was my old system, how much it will cost to replace it all and so on and than I came across Kirk. From the moment I met him I knew I can fully trust him and he did an absolutely amazing job. He simply explained to me what we need to do and what options I have. He once did not complain about the job, he just got on with it. I can now enjoy simple things in life and hot water for my 6 bedroom property! Thank you Kirk!

I called on Boxing Day as our boiler had packed up and Kirk came out within 30 mins!!! After several tests he said we needed a new PCB board which he brought and installed the next day and our boiler was back up and working within an hour. These guys go above and beyond. Not only were they very reasonably priced (half of what British Gas had tried to charge us...), they also went along and fixed all the botched piping that was done by previous owners of the house. They only charged me for the parts for the additional work and worked a 12 hour day to get the job done within the day. I cannot praise them enough, these people are amazing!
