Allstar Systems installed a new replacement gas boiler for me a couple of years ago in my new home in Norwich and they have completed the annual service on it twice since then. All is going well, and I am very pleased to have a new (and much more efficient) Worcester Bosch condensing combo boiler installed, especially since the recent drastic increase in the cost of my gas by over 90 percent in April 2022!

Will has been an absolute gem and a pleasure to have replace my broken down boiler, add an additional emergency hot water system and to replace the previously incorrectly installed shower. Will and his team are trustworthy, professional and completely transparent when it comes to what's wrong, and provides different options to accommodate your budget as best as he can. Called Allstar for an emergency when our boiler wouldn't fire up. Will got the boiler up and running again but, we knew it was on it's last legs. Will and his team had a new boiler within 2 weeks, ordered and fitted, with new thermostat valves. And to the exact price that was originally quoted. Would definitely recommend and we will be using Allstar Systems for our annual servicing going forward.

My parents ageing boiler had been playing and finally gave up the ghost. Called Allstar and spoke to will who was there within 3 hours. Took the time to show me the issues and gave me a number of options. We decided to go for a new boiler and this included filters, powerflush, vertical flue and new controller with thermostat. All work was done to an exceptional standard and within a day. My parents are really happy with it and more importantly they were very comfortable with having the three Allstar guys in their home. They were professional, polite and patient when handing over the system. Also very happy to take a call to explain the system to me so that I can get them working again when the inevitable "user error" crops up! Highly recommended.

I would 100% recommend this company for all of your plumbing needs! We have used them on a couple of occasions and most recently they really did save the day (we had a boiler leak on NY’s Day!!) Ashley could not have been more helpful and responded instantly despite it being a bank holiday. Allstar Systems are reliable and are incredibly reasonably priced. Ashley took safety very seriously which was very reassuring during the pandemic. 5 stars from me, I couldn’t recommend enough!!

I highly recommend William and his team who replaced our old boiler with a Worcester Combo & re-sited it from the kitchen to the mid loft space doing a very clean & tidy job. How they managed to remove the redundant fiberglass tanks & associated pipework from a very narrow upper loft space without any mess or damage is still a mystery to me. William is extremely knowledgeable and took the trouble to explain how to get the best out of my new boiler. He thoroughly tested the new system and showed me that all the results were in specification. I had William & his team back to re-site the underground central heating pipes above ground and again they did a very efficient, clean & tidy job. My heating bill has gone down considerably since this work has been done.

William re-sited a new boiler for us and we found him very efficient and the job was done to the timescale he told us. We need a new oil tank and he is fitting that for us. He was very good and understanding when explaining things to us as my mother is elderly. I would have no hesitation in recommending his company to anyone.

We have had william and staff several times at ours to do various jobs , new boiler system for one , downstairs toilet completely renewed . And recently a new upstairs bathroom refurbished. Also done power flush the rads few years ago . Whatever job big or small he provides a first class service from start to finish . You don't see many young men of his age work over a 12 +hour shift to complete the day . He's very dedicated to his work and shows in the finish . I wouldn't hesitate at all recommending this hard working team , very clean tidy workers and that says a lot to me. Always sheet up and as anyone knows having upstairs work done can be very messy but must say these boys kept dust to a minimum. Very pleased, same boiler as quoted with British Gas, similar price but with 10 year parts and Labour Guarantee, (instead of a flimsy 5 year Warranty) Was very helpful and waited for Hours in the cold for British Gas to come and sort out a supply problem. Always responds to calls, texts and emails. Very Professional.

I accepted a quote from all star systems which included a full bathroom installation and new systems boiler with unvented cylinder. Will and his team came in and completed the work in time and in a organised professional manner.
