Excellent.. I called Graham on the off chance he might be able to fit me in ahead of air con failing and a family get away planned the next day.. Graham visited that day and took the time to identify the leak in a pipe due to corrosion. Time clearly taken to look after new parts and O rings and so should last, all issues explained as he went. Trustworthy, honest, reliable and good economic sense rather than keeping going back to a chain ‘garage’ that will take your money to recharge gas but not spend time on a comprehensive check for leaks…on test run daughter complained it was now too cold so job done!!! Thank you.

Contacted Graham at Drive Cool following lots of other positive reviews and local to the Norwich area. Answered quickly and was able to book me in later in the week. Informing him our cars (Nissan Qashqai) aircon had stopped working he immediately suggested two likely causes (the same I had read thanks to Google). He arrived and quickly set to work. Having removed the old condenser he was able to show me the fault and where gases had been leaking. The car was back together in no time at all, with a new condensor and regassed, and all done on my driveway. Efficient, polite, very knowledgeable and very competitive pricing. Called him up as my vw touareg climate control had stopped working. Diagnosed problem very quickly. Removed broken temp sensor showing me where it was located. Was easy to fit so rather than charging for another visit. Basically I ordered one from Tps, fitted it in there car park which took less than 2 mins and everything was sorted. Would use again.

Graham was able to fit me in at short notice and diagnosed a gas leak into the condensor, together with a tiny leak from the condensor after a further thorough investigation. Back the following day with new part and which was swiftly fitted and system fixed. Outstanding service, reasonable cost. What a change from the usual recharging without checks and then prolonged period to get the problem fixed! Absolutely recommended, if you are reading this then I would forget about going anywhere else.

Excellent job on an awkward air-con pump change on a Toyota Avensis. Car had quickly developed a horrible clattering noise that my usual mechanic could not fix. Good communication on phone to arrange appointment at my home. Straight-talking explanation of terms and the possible outcomes pending diagnosis before taking the job on. As my usual garage have not been carrying out any air conditioning work since the start of the pandemic, I called Drive Cool instead. Graham attended within a few days, suitably attired and equipped. He did a superb job replacing a shot condenser which was like a tea strainer and several small holes in pipes. The result was ice cold air con' throughout the summer. Drive Cool are a highly professional operation and are in very high demand as a result of this and the standing down of Dealership and other garage air con' services since March. Drive Cool offer a service which is definitely worth waiting for!

Graham was recommended to us by a family member who had used him previously. Discussed the problem over the phone on the Thursday, quickly arranged to come and confirm the problem the following Tuesday and was very clear in what the problem was and the options available to rectify. We've now got ice cold Aircon once again. Can't recommend him enough if you've got any issues with your cars Aircon.

Great service. Friendly, helpful staff. Called in the morning to see if they could re-gas my aircon in the motorhome as we were on holiday in that area. They could do it that day which was great and when I went to pay there was 20 percent off the quoted price. Bonus. The facilities for customers waiting for their vehicles need some TLC and a good clean other than that everything good.

Have Graham a call as my Audi a5 had decided to be a cooker instead of a fridge haha had me booked in but then the 30°+ weather hit so I sent a harassing text message asking if he could do sooner. A week before I was due he invited me to his house so my car could be sorted! I was there 25 mins and in the time the problem had been identified, sensor changed, a bit of a chin wag and was charged less that quoted too. It's clear Graham knows his stuff and a 5 star review is well deserved, I thought recommend and have been since I saw him.

I had my Izusu D max re gassed today and it was a fantastic service provided. My system was tested for leaks, and general inspection of pipes etc. Through the whole process it was explained what and why he was doing certain things which gives you confidence. Re gassed with lubricant and tested in a short time.. very happy with the service and highly recommend..
