We live in an all electric house, and the old style storage heaters we had weren’t performing as they should and we had little control of the temperature or the amount of heat supplied, so we did a web search and found GLOW so we asked them to come over and conduct their free survey. Glow were very easy to deal with in regard to their pricing and they left us their quote and ideas to think over for a few days before …there was no pressure to buy, and we really liked this as we don't like to pushed to make quick decisions on the day. The engineer measured up all our rooms, checked the insulation of the property, and looked at our electric supply and consumer unit (which proved to be a bit complicated as it was 3 phase and we were also on on economy 7)and then advised us which heaters were required for each room. Glow offered us a very reasonable fully inclusive price, which included removing and discarding all the old heaters, updating our electric consumer unit, and installing the new electric storage heaters and setting up all the digital thermostats in each room. They also advised us and helped us to move away from Economy 7 onto a flat rate (as this saves us money on our bills) All the team at GLOW, Simon the engineer and the lads that installed the heaters, were friendly, helpful and polite. They were also clean and tidy, and both myself and my husband are very happy with the quality of the heaters and the service that we received from GLOW. We now have modern, stylish and elegant electric heaters a very warm house! You get what you pay for we believe, and the 25 year guarantee gives us peace of mind for many years ahead. I’m very comfortable and very happy to recommend GLOW to anybody that is looking to update their heating system. Work completed on schedule and faster than I thought. Everything was straight forward. My new heaters look great and are really easy to work. No more winter boiler problems for me! The WiFi feature/app is brilliant and really easy to use. I had the OSO hot water system to replace my immersion tank and now my house has mains pressure hot water too. Super happy with the work carried out and the installation team were super friendly and knew their job. I cannot recommend them more. Wish I had done this sooner!

We bought 4 electric storage heaters from Glow in Feb 2020. They were fitted within just 2 weeks and the guys removed our old style heaters for FREE, and left our house spotless. The heaters look great and pump out controllable heat, so we’re really happy with everything.

i was sceptical as i moved from gas heating and water combi boiler system. the electric combi boiler is brilliant fitted by a profetional team from Cannock on the same day glow engineers came and replaced the storage heaters as recommended by thier salesperson Bobby sohal no mess cleaned up afterwards even wore masks and sanitised handels when departed with a return inspection booked for a months time as a follow up check garateed for years and years we are very happy with our choice thank you ream

A very professional service with polite engineers who cleaned up perfectly after them. My only complaint would be that I'd have liked a booklet describing programming as well as a video. This is because I do not own a Smart phone or IPad and find it difficult to remember everything.
