Dan was brilliant. He serviced my boiler during lockdown then came out this year to do the repairs. He was punctual, professional and friendly. Kept me informed every step of the way, and took photos of before and after so that I could see the repairs that he had carried out. Communication, when booking the appointment was excellent also. This company was great. They liaised with my roofer to remove a gas pipe that was in his way and refit it on the same day. The quote from Oliver was reasonable, he was professional. We have been using Heatlink Services for the last 6 months on all of our building projects. There are several heating engineers/plumbers we use however Heatlink have been the most helpful in working around our tight schedules. We have found them to be clean, efficient, friendly and cost-effective which has been proved recently when several of our clients asked to have them back. They were also the only plumber who would go out to help a close friend of ours over the Christmas break when their heating failed. I would have absolutely no hesitation is recommending Heatlink Services - 5 stars isn't enough of a rating!

From start to finish, Heatlink Services have been absolutely smashing. Emailing the office and speaking with Gemma, who was delightful and helped me to arrange a boiler service around the days I had off work, was totally stress-free - and much quicker than dealing with British Gas! The engineers were very polite and really friendly and chatty. They were also happy to fuss my (barky) dog, which pleased her no end! Finally, calling the office to make a card payment and chattering away was lovely and easy, despite the fact that the gentleman answering the phone was there to cover holiday and was actually the owner's father! In short, fantastic, prompt, professional and polite service, great value for money, would recommend to anyone.

My oil boiler broke down on the Monday afternoon so called Ollie and his team at Heatlink Services. The following morning one of their engineers turned up and had it going in no time. It turned out to be just a sticky ball cock in the loft which just need a small adjustment. Honesty is rare in your business. I'm sure any other company would have told me it was an expensive repair and wasted my time and money changing parts that were not needed. Oliver and his guys have undertaken a couple of jobs for me, at my home. The most recent was to replace a hot water element.
