Very professional service from initial telephone call to installation. Neat and tidy installation by their engineers and we didn't have to wait too long for an installation slot. The system works perfectly transforming the space allowing comfortable living and working in the recent hot weather we have experienced.

MAAC engineers turned up on time, they were all smart and well presented. They worked hard all day (despite 38 degrees Celcius heat!), the job went well and the engineers stayed until nearly 7pm to get completed! The unit works much better than the previous one we had installed (a few years ago by A N Other), the controls are easy to use, the app is very useful and helpful to control the units, the units are also exceptionally quiet. The office (Hollie in particular) is well run, helpful when you call and efficient. No hesitation in recommending them.

Brilliant team, great work and really neat and tidy too. Would highly recommend MAAC to anyone needing work for air source heat pump systems. We have had a fault for 4 years and they diagnosed and fixed it quickly (unlike 3 previous companies who have serviced the system supposedly!). Fantastic service all round. Very good, active communication. Everyone is very polite and calm, no pushy sales tactics. We had Tom visit our property to give a quote, and he created a system including a very modern device along with, what we felt, were very modest installation costs. Overall the device and service cost us a great deal less than any alternative heating system, and considering we have no gas supply, that was very welcome to us. The system we bought is a Mitsubishi, it's app controllable, unbelievably quiet, and very very efficient, typically costing around 5-10p per hour to effectively heat our whole flat. MAAC's installers were similarly quiet, polite and efficient, I really can't say a bad word about any of the service we received. I'd use these guys again happily.

As someone who struggles with the heat, especially after the summer 2018, I was recommended 'MAAC Heating and Cooling' by a friend of mine who was very happy with the work carried out when he had an A/C system fitted. I gave Tom a call and we had quote for 4 rooms for A/C with costing and timescales of work. the price was good so I went ahead. Damien who installed our system was very professional and friendly. The work was completed on time to a very high standard, and was always courteous and polite. It was finished on time and I'm sure when summer gets here I'll wonder how I ever managed without it. I would highly recommend to others.

Fantastic to deal with, very professional. Friendly and knowledgable engineer gave honest advice and quoted for multiple options of air conditioning units to suit our requirements. The guys that carried out the work were fantastic, very friendly and polite and neat and tidy work. There were a few enforced changes to scheduling of associated electrical works due to covid 19 but Hollie kept us updated with everything along the way! Would fully recommend.

We would like to thank Tom and All at MAAC Heating and Cooling for the great supply and installation of our Mitsubishi air conditioning unit. Tom provided excellent advice at the point of sale and gave us plenty of purchase options that enabled us to select the right product for our home. Having done an awesome job of installing my air source heat pump at home, it was an obvious choice to use Maac for an air con install in my office at work. Great service from MAAC. Their prices were very competitive with other local installers. We received a quote with 3 options for a single air conditioning unit and decided on the middle priced one.
