We had an Airsource underfloor system fitted at our Bungalow rebuild in Happisburgh, we had a number of engineers/installers on-site at different times but mostly Alex was the one we had most contact with, he did a thoroughly professional and neat job and answered any questions we had. This is the first time we have had this type of system installed. Thank very much Alex!!

Great knowledge and support from a local business. We had a full ASHP and Underfloor Heating System installed, including a couple of updates for the RHI. Alex Little was the main technician dealing with the install and he provided a professional service, while being friendly, knowledgeable and approachable for our various questions. Brown's were not the cheapest but their service has been excellent.

RA Browns installed an air source heating pump at ours in February. We'd run out of oil and they did everything they could to move our installation date forward and get the system in and running as quickly as they could. Toasty and warm since! Fab team - Dax and Mark great for planning/scheduling, Amanda and Julia helpful with the application and EPC. Connor, Sam and Co great with installation. We also had Gary and co from Norfolk Electrical. Thank you all!

They serviced my Mitsubishi ASHP (they were actually alerted of my need for a service from my use of Mitsubishi's online service - so really they were Mitsubishi's own recommendation). The service was fine, I think (they also serviced and certified my other property's Veissmann combi LPG boiler). My issue is that I had another heating system issue that they promised they would look into with my Mitsubishi but they clearly couldn't be bothered following this up properly. I guess it is the same-old-same-old of wanting the easy, unitised more profitable (?) jobs of servicing and installing. No real interest in fixing and resolving issues - not very eco friendly or responsible. I have looked for someone else to help me now. They were VERY good at chasing for payment, however... I will also be contacting Mitsubishi about poor customer service.

They worked hard, explained everything clearly and made sure the system worked perfectly. Gary installed the electrical equipment and was also very knowledgeable and helpful. We cannot praise R A Brown enough. They designed, installed and commissioned our underfloor heating and hot water system for us, plus they carried out all our plumbing requirements and water softener. The air source heat pump was faulty and was replaced by them for a new one. Excellent service and excellent communication. Very happy customers.

Heat pump service today completed by Dale. He was very professional, covid safe and took time to explain everything he had done and asked if we had any questions. System now running very well with all radiators bled of air which has been impossible for us to achieve. Although this company is not the cheapest they have provided a service which is value for money and we will use again.

Highly recommend this company, the installers were outstanding, we had Toby, Simon, Connor and Bradley. Toby and Simon were great at communicating and keeping us informed, super helpful and thoughtful in their work, they were with us for 2 weeks and considered our needs living there were doing their work. They installed UFH throughout the whole house and every day they were on time, tidy and informative. We had a Connor a few days who too was excellent. I would highly recommend this company.

First time I've used this company but won't be the last! Rang with a problem regarding solar thermal heating. Very pleasant and cheerful engineer showed up next day with correct replacement component and swapped over. All done within an hour. Minor problem with pressure loss afterwards, so he came back two days later and fixed it foc. All now working well. Very impressed!

I am so pleased I had a new gas boiler and radiators fitted by R A Brown Heating Services in the summer, it was such a stress free installation as the engineers completed the installation whilst I was away on holiday and left everything clean and tidy. Now the weather has turned colder, we are really seeing the benefits of our new system. Our cottage has always been difficult to get warm, even though our heating system used to belt out heat the rooms never felt warm enough, but because R A Brown designed our new heating system to take into account the heat loss of our home, its been amazing for us to actually feel the benefits and we have had to actually turn the heating down! If you live in a old property, don't feel that you have to stay cold. Having a properly designed system has made all the difference to us and I would highly recommend it. Our heating had stopped working just as it got frosty outside!! Dale was here within 2 hours of our call. It was a process of elimination to find the problem but he soon found the outside temperature sensor was reading the wrong temperature.... 19 degrees!! He then corrected and cleaned the sensor and the heating kicked in. So thank you very much Dale, our house is lovely and warm now :D

We had no heating or hot water as our boiler had broken down. The weather was turning cold. I contacted Dax Parsons, R A Brown's Contracts Manager, on Tuesday 8 October. Dax came out the following day and quoted for the work. I received and accepted the quote on Friday 11 October. Charlie Bartram and Simon started work on Tuesday 15 October, installing a Worcester 24 kW boiler and a 250 litre pressurised water cylinder. Charlie's work, and that of his colleagues, was first class. Much to our delight we had hot water and heating restored on Thursday 17 October. Both the engineers and their apprentice were friendly, polite and thorough. R A Brown are a professional team and we would highly recommend them. Jeff Penfold Norwich

Luke helped us yesterday with a fault with our Nibe system. He quickly identified the problem and rectified it. It was also good to talk to such a knowledgeable engineer about our system and the settings, he is a credit to your company.

In summer of 2018 we had RA Browns install a NIBE 1155 ground source heat pump and from the initial visit to the final commissioning we were always very pleased with how the project was handled. Browns consistently did what they said they were going to do, on time and on budget, and, for example, we appreciated an impromptu site visit from senior management half way through the installation to make sure everything was going to plan as well as either answering the phone promptly or always getting back to quickly if we had left a message - an important detail with a project this involved and capital-intensive. Browns also designed the installation around that fact we have a PV system which complements the heat pump with an iBoost, and that we wanted the (gigantic) hot water tank and the buffer vessel inside the house to trap what little heat escapes from them. Living with a heat pump is somewhat different from burning oil or gas, but we are delighted with our warm and cosy house and massively reduced carbon footprint, let alone the RHI payment system. Question: Would we recommend Browns to a friend? Answer: Yes, with a big thumbs up.

Employed ra brown for a ASHP installation,,from plan to fit and finish,,kept informed all the way through and went extra mile to make my installation hidden and under the floor neat and tidy Top job by the fitters friendly and so knowledgeable and would accommodate where they could to my requirements..electrics they dont do but sub out even they were top draw they recommended a couple of firms they use...the electrician went above and beyond..was also open to few changes from me....check these guys out if you have heating requirements 5 star.....*****
