Acorn have recently completed another project for us, this time a garage conversation. I’m absolutely delighted with the results. James, Mick and the team gave the usual high levels of customer care and the standard of workmanship is second to none.

Acorn windows sent their engineer Mark to resolve some historical issues left by a different window company at home. Mark was brilliant and the work was excellent. He truly went above and beyond. Great company will use again and definitely recommend!! 10/10

Excellent service throughout including installation and a great product. I have just had a new composite door fitted from Acorn and I cannot speak highly of them. James was very professional leaving me and my wife with advice and a brochure to consider and choose the design. We ordered the new door with side panels and the glass to match the rest of the house. Acorn keep in contact to advise when the door was in stock and booked an installation date. On the day as promised the installation went ahead and was very thorough - all cleaned after and excellent experience.

Had new windows fitted throughout this week,Dave and Andy the fitters were excellent tidy polite and nothing was to much trouble. Acorn give you a price and that’s it don’t be put off that they don’t call you to see if you want the job done they leave it entirely up to you to call them so no pressure at all off the team and no hard sell. Went with them due to recommendations from people whom we know had used them in the past ,and so glad we did. Would recommend to anyone,you won’t be disappointed.,Well done Acorn.

We needed to replace our front door during the lockdown period and after making several enquiries Acorn Windows stood out as being head and shoulders above other companies. They were super friendly, accommodating and able to react quickly to our needs. When their fitters turned up, (on time) it was clear they had taken all the precautionary measures to operate during the pandemic. The door was fitted without any issues and no mess was left. Acorn Windows Nottingham has made a superb job of our Orangery. From planning, building, fitting of the lantern roof, windows and bifold doors, all the work has been done to a very superb standard. Finishing the exterior with render blends the new extension perfectly with our period property. Couldn't be more pleased. We have since asked Acorn to replace our old porch door and fit a new front door and side window for another family member. Would highly recommend.

I had windows and doors fitted. Great service. Good quality. Would definitely recommend Acorn Windows. They come with a guarantee which Acorn uphold. I had a seal go on a window around 5 years after it was fitted. They contacted me back straight away and arranged to replace the unit, within a week, with no hassle. So if in the unlikely event something goes wrong, they sort it out with no hassle.

Hi James et al I would like to add my thanks again, some 10 years plus after installations. First was our soffits and fascias, followed by all windows. The work undertaken was exceptional and led to our 70 cubic metre conservatory, to replace our old “lean to” as I used to call it. As you know, over the years there have been the odd niggle (water in the underground electric run in the conservatory - a mistake made at build time), and yet again, NOTHING was too much trouble for Acorn Windows Ltd - you seem to own the problem and eradicate very quickly, no mess, no interruption and at a time and date that suited us, always. Lately, 2 bathroom windows (first installed 2005 in bathrooms), because of where they were situated, had “blown”. In comes Terry, no prior measurements as you still hold all details on file, replaces within 20 mins, and then re-hangs the front door on his way out! We couldn’t ask for more of a Business - you and your team are exceptional in every way...you’ve even gone as far as Sheffield to help our daughter and her first house...nothing appears to be too much trouble. “If” you do receive poor reviews, then my guess is that the wrong Acorn has been attached to that review. Being an Engineer for 40+ years, I am fully versed with engineering disciplines, and Acorn Windows Ltd, apply such first-class practices to all you undertake. Well done and thank you.
